Giant Eagle Supermarket

I have to leave a 5 star for this store! I was sooo stressed about finding someone to do a great white shark cake. Everywhere I went, it was “baby shark” which was not what I was looking for. I was able to come into the store while the cake decorators were available and they truly made my daughters dream come true with the cake!!! I believe it was Tiffany who was the artist of the cake. The shark was hand made by them and i couldn’t be happier or more thankful!! Thank you to this location and their team!

Switched to this location for groceries from the Giant Eagle on Snow in Brook Park. Night and day difference.
Clean and stocked to the best of their abilities - When distribution is to blame, it’s hard to be mad at the store when things are out of stock.
Staff at the meat counter are polite and help out with the latest deals, and we always have our favorite cashiers we look for. There are some real gems working here, I can only hope that the company knows how important the good workers are to the customers experience.

The Giant Eagle in Southland is great. The aisles are clearly marked and wide. The restrooms are very clean. Everything was fresh in produce and bakery. The meat cases were full. I am going to make this my go-to store!

The Bakery UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!!
Ordered this for 1/9/2023. Asked for black rosette piping around the top boarder, black knot piping on the lower boarder, iridescent edible glitter on top of the black boarders and my own personal design added to the top via edible image on Almond Cake with Buttercream Icing.
Chefs Kiss!!! Not sure who made it but I LOVE MY CAKE AND SO DID EVERYONE AT THE PARTY LAST NOGHT! Thank you!!

Giant Eagle is my favorite grocery store for all my food shopping needs. I love how easy it is to find everything I'm looking for and how friendly the staff is. What I appreciate most about Giant Eagle is the wide selection of products they offer. The produce section is always stocked with fresh and high-quality fruits and vegetables, and the meat and seafood counters are always well-stocked with a variety of options to choose from. The bakery is also amazing, with a delicious assortment of baked goods and desserts that are perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth.
Another thing I love about Giant Eagle is the store's commitment to offering local and organic products. It's great to know that I can find products that are grown and produced locally and are free from harmful pesticides and chemicals. The customer service at Giant Eagle is also excellent. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions I have. It's refreshing to shop at a store where the staff genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to provide a positive shopping experience.

Great place to shop at. Staff there are extremely helpful and the shopping experience is extremely awesome.

They made a birthday cake for my step-son that was absolutely amazing. Everyone loved it.

Love giant eagle but they need to set up rules about bringing children into the liquor store. Every Saturday there are more and more children waiting in line with mom and dad to get into the liquor store for allocated bottles. I’m sorry…it is 8 am and you’re idea of a wise parenting choice is making your 6 year old wait in line with you to get alcohol???? It breaks my heart to see kids dragged out of bed so their parents can get booze. And I’m sorry but it is simply just not appropriate for children to be inside of a liquor store.

Super nice store and all awesome employees . Everyone was great . The Nice lady in Bakery decorated a cookie for me that read welcome Cleveland . Super nice and great job. Everyone in that store deserves a big raise

The employees are exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have always made me feel like they are there to help me. I've been shopping there for 4 years and can not think of a negative experience.

I am amazed at how well their delivery service is implemented! I live in Virginia and ordered groceries to be delivered to my parents today. My personal shopper very kindly introduced herself via text and messaged me every time she had to consider a substitute. I was notified by my delivery person when he was on his way, and then sent a thank you text from him when he was done unloading. I have used a number of grocery delivery services throughout my life, none compares to the service I received today. Thank you and bravo, Giant Eagle!

Nice store. The nice lady at the cart return by the store and the nice lady wiping down the self check machines were oh so courteous. I had not been there for over 1 year. I'm glad I shopped there, yesterday, Thurs.

Had a 1 year old birthday cake made. Just asked for a train on it... Tiffany nailed it.... beautiful an delicious...thank you!!
