Amazing place! I was looking for a last minute suit for a Ball I’m going to and this nice man helped me big time in the men’s suit department. I don’t know his name, but he’s a bald guy who was well dressed and super nice. Even coming in last minute he still helped me and gave me everything i needed. Much respect to him and i really wish him the best! I walked away feeling so good about myself.

Ladies Go see Kimberly at the makeup counter. Omg! The best customer service ever. So patient and friendly. She recommended and tried several things until we come up with a solution for my horrible eczema skin. She made me feel beautiful. I happily purchased everything she used.

Great experience, great spirited people. I was there to return a cologne that i purchased buy mistake, I had to go to customer service to receive my money back, placed my phone down and left it. Thankful, the salesperson working called my lady and told me I had left my phone , Mind you I'm still walking through the mall. Very grateful 🙏🏾 🦅🙏🏾🙇🏾‍♂

Dillard's was an easy store to shop that day. The clearance tags were accurate, and the clothes were properly housed. It's the way I love to shop, easy and accurate. The associate Kimberly was a joy, too! It was an all-around fantastic experience.

The clearance sales were really good for men. A lot of items marked down then an additional 50% off. Columbia PFG shirts were $10-$12. Womens shoes and cloths had about the same sale, a few more options for women. Good luck!

We found everything we were looking for. Excellent quality of merchandise. The staff was very helpful. We found some unique and different gifts.

Who doesn't love to shop at a high-end department store? The only thing missing is if you're elderly, or have a handicap there is no shopping cart to support your needs for buying multiple items. Help us out Dillard's.

Clean, very good cloth/clothes Staff can sometimes be unaware and some are aware.

Could not say enough about this experience. Went in for a few business shirts and was treated to the nicest, most friendly experience I have ever had. The staff member that helped me was so incredible, she went out of her way to get everything that I needed and made awesome suggestions to get me situated. It was nice. I found what I needed. From me working in this kind of field. Please take care of your employes. Customers don't care what you are going through in your life. It's all about me. This store is my favorite in the entire mall! The location is really good and they have lots of options.
But the shoe department is the best. This time, Logan was incredibly fast and efficient, and great personality.

Visited the Lancome section and met with Cosmetics Sales Associate Maddie C. She went over above and beyond to assist me with everything I asked for. Maddie is very professional and so kind. Definitely returning to see her again.

First time in this store today I really liked the selection as my cologne is hard to find the sales girl LINDSEY was such a pleasant and helpful salesperson. My "go-to" boutique for all things Polo, Dermablend brand make up, excellent selection of shoes and clothes for every occassion... you name it... Dillard's probably has it! Love the ample floor layout, escalators (grandkids favorite), clean refreshing restrooms, and my favorite... handicapped parking plus mechanical doors with no touch action... hey!

Went in for a dress to wear to a wedding. Margaret was awesome. Told her what I needed she went to every rack and pull every dress I said I liked. She showed me one a size smaller, I wasn't sure but she said the size on that one ran large. She was right- great dress and was on clearance! Reminded me of the joy of shopping when you had a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson.

The items and selection they carry are very nice. The store is clean as a whistle. The folks working there are some of the most pleasant, helpful people.
