CVS

I brought in some vitamins to return. I threw away the receipt just after buying them and my debit not with me. Couldn’t have been more annoying customer for someone working there. The woman with the colorful pink and blue hair helped. She was totally cool about it and worked with to figure out how to return it with limited resources, ha. I had to text my wife to have her send purchases from her cvs card. Some how this woman made it happen and was really nice and laid back about it the whole time. She also managed to help other customers while helping me the whole time. Thanks for all your help and great customer service!

CVS was my the third pharmacy visit of the day. I was looking to fill a prescription that the periodontist had ordered in the form of a “dose-pack”-.The first two pharmacies turned me away saying “we do not have that in stock”, but we could order it. At CVS the pharmacist also said that it was not in stock, but that he could put it together. When I returned to pick it up I gave him my most appreciative thanks and he gave me the answer that one wants to hear from a medical professional. Well, “we don’t want to delay treatment when I can put it together for you. It’s the same medication, I just make sure the dose is correct.”
Also, this was during a very busy time for all three pharmacies. I was so impressed by his calm cool attitude with so much else going on.

I recently switched to Wright Ave CVS because we moved to Williston. I am very pleased with the pharmacy. With that said, the rest of the store was a dirty dump. It looked like it had not been vacuumed for weeks. The pharmacy looked clean.

Had a great experience with Brielle today for passport photos. She was friendly, efficient and helpful!

Love the pharmacy dept!!!! Amazing kind and patient staff! They give vaccines as well

I find it very easy to refill prescriptions here whereas other places it seems like I have to jump through hoops. I can’t get the app to work here and can’t get help which is why I took a star away.

My wife,Mother, and family enjoy the customer service from a young man Gary. All ways goes the distance and beyond! He is always relatable, makes family feel welcome. Thanks cuz.

Below average -mediocre customer service…. Pharmacy closed during lunch hour…..store is not as stocked and maintained as other CVS stores in the area….

I've been going to this CVS for a little over a year and have always found the people there friendly enough. Tonight though, I was really disappointed. I had called them to ask a question about a new prescription and was hoping to update my insurance prior to running over there to pick it up (for price related reasons) and after being placed on hold for 8 minutes - which I understand, it gets busy - I was told by the pharmacist that she "did not have time for me" as there were "a thousand people waiting in person." The thing is, I would have been there 20 minutes later asking her the same exact question... Anyways, the thing that really got to me was her tone - completely exasperated and clearly annoyed. I've already called another local pharmacy, who very pleasantly greeted me and took my information, and will be going there from now on. All it takes is one poor experience and being disrespected on the phone like that was enough for me.

Drove here, past another pharmacy to get meds for upcoming procedure, only to see that they changed opening time. I googled first to see hours. How about updating this info so that all the people coming and doing the same as me don't waste their time?

I rarely write a review. Today I had to pick up a script. Normally I have them mailed. This past time I had our scripts mailed we were charged for each script . For each person vs adding them all together which was normally done. I asked the person behind the counter why this may have been done . I was told to contact CVS and they could help me.? Is there a store manager or someone in this store that does know mailing procedures? I walk with a cane. This incident has happened the past two times to me when I visited this store. On occasion I may have an extra item or two.I am told that I have to walk to the front of the store to be cashed out. The last time I was in the customer behind me came to the front of the store and told me she was so sorry that the person at the counter treated me so rudely. So I guess I wasn’t imagining how I was treated.After working almost thirty years in retail I could never ask my customer disability or not to walk across the store to be cashed out.Busy or not! And today was not busy.I am really disappointed with CVS. I have always enjoyed shopping there. And everyone has always been nice.

Rude. Unprofessional and not even one star worthy. Having worked with people in customer service for 30 years not once have I ever spoken to a customer the way two of the employees/associates spoke at me. They most definitely could benefit from a class in positive communication and people skills. I’m never coming here again.
