Awesome supermarket. Plenty of parking but the entrance was a bit confusing as the lot is elevated. Huge produce department, lots of fresh meats and vegetables. Also plenty of cooked foods and jars and jars of kimchi. Everything was clean and the shelves well stocked. All workers were pleasant and there were mini crane games at the entrance (Kiddleton). $1 per token per game. There will be a food court opening soon but I didn’t see a date. I will definitely be back as they have everything you’ll need.

Love coming here! They have pretty good selection of Chinese, Japanese and of course Korean products. And it's convenient! No running all the way to flushing after work in rush hour traffic anymore! And the store is well lit, clean and the aisles/walk ways are spacious! The prices are very reasonable as well. A win win. : )

Best Asian Megamarket chain in New York. Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, Hong Kong and American products. This H-Mart has the best price out of all the H-Mart I've been at. Strongly recommended

It's a big clean supermarket and most stuffs are Asian. Fresh vegetables, fish, meat. Kitchen ustensiles and set for coffee or tea. Beautiful Asian sets for gifts too.
parking spot on the roof and elevator to the ground where the supermarket is located. Near Marshall's store and Old Navy. No big line and fast service.
Sushi bar with fresh Sushi also. Varieties of take out food.
I recommend this supermarket with good customer service.

It fills me with glee every time I go to Hmart. This one is new, super clean, well stocked, and best of all so spacious. Usually, I feel like getting thru each aisle of a grocery market is impossible, but not here. There's parking but I am not sure if it's free since we didn't use it. There's so much produce, snacks, ready to eat options, and other seafood choices. There's so much to see and so many deals to snatch. It's amazing. The only downside to this hmart is that there's no food court. There is a bakery, and the cake options were very reasonably priced and looked so cute. I'm definitely coming back again.

Really cool supermarket! Has many of the brands one might find at Trader Joe's and then much more. There's also a plethora of Asian snacks, sauces, deserts, etc... There is a surprising amount and variety of beer as well. There might also be different things to sample. Also - special shout out to the clean public restrooms, which are increasingly a rarity in NYC. Great!

One of my favorite supermarkets in Queens. Fresh produce, great variety of foods and ingredients, fair prices, and quality meats. Can't go wrong coming here as a one stop shop for your grocery needs.

I’m so impressed by the newly opened Hmart store! There’s a spacious free parking lot located up on the roof of the store. Inside, it’s huge and spacious with room to comfortably maneuver my shopping cart around. Everything was well organized and the produce and meat and seafood look fresh. Prices are pretty standard as far as Hamart goes. You can nab some get better deals if sign up for the membership card. The variety and choice selection was amazing. I had some fun and perused through most of the isles. They also offer a good selection of Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and probably a couple other East Asian pantry and snack items. I went on a Monday, so I don’t know yet how busy it gets on weekends. But as far as middle of the week shopping goes, it was so easy to go shopping and I never had to squeeze or get out of the way for another shopper, which is normally the case.
There is not really a designated Korean makeup section, which I don’t mind. The only downside is putting the shopping carts away. I realized after putting my groceries away that there’s no set location on the roof to put away the shopping cart. In order to put it away, you have to go back down the elevator. Still, this has officially become my favorite location to go shopping for Korean groceries.

I go here all the time. I make my own ramen (ramyun) noodles with the fresh ingredients they have there. In fact, Ican find nearly anything I need to make any Korean, Chinese or Thai food I know how to make. I go there for other things too since they have “American” groceries too.

This H-Mart is way bigger than Manhattan's K-Town with aisles of frozen products, a good selection of fresh produce, and big varieties of meat including marinated ones. There's a special section on banchan with different types of kimchi like kkakdugi and even various tteok!

If you're looking for gochujang, doenjang, ssamjang, or even chamgiruem - you'll be spoiled for choice. They have a whole aisle on them and various K-products. They sell CKJ's hong sam won and even saeng makgeolli, which we preferred compared to pasteurized ones.

On the frozen section, they have a whole section on mandu/dumplings be that from Korea, Japan, or China. All kinds of tteobokki, noodles from Pulmuone, and even gopchang.

Fresh ingredients! Vegetables, fruits, fish, all kinds of seafood (amazingly incredible variety for us seafood lover!), nicely cut meat, bbq, specific sauce, seaweed, Korean utensils, etc anything you imagine is here waiting for you. I could not mention all of them you must go check out this newly open large market to enrich your groceries. Staffs are super pleasant and friendly. I believe the store would be our regular-visiting place. We even sign up for the membership, our exploration next time is for sure.

Ever got bored of stop and shop and Bjs high prices of membership look no further come to the awesome H-Mart! The most fun and unique experience ever! You get to explore the Korean culture . After the pandemic 48th street plaza became so boring and slowly businesses went out and newer ones came in thank god this gem opened. As you walk in you’re greeted in and you have shopping carts available. You have some of the friendliest staffs ever ranging from different ages met a older lady who was giving out free samples like it’s Costco. Never would expect I would love Korean apricots lol. They have live fresh fish they have fresh sushi fresh cut and marinated meat that are ready for Korean bbq 🤭 they have amazing snacks. They have so many household items even LG vacuums. From fresh products to frozen products to fry fish they have everything you could ask for. Honestly this store is great something new and unique for astoria most definitely gonna recommend you coming here instead of traveling out to the city for H-mart 😭

We were not happy when Stop & Shop closed because it was our go-to grocery store for non-Asian groceries. Then we were hopeful when we heard it would be replaced by Hmart. Today, we finally get to check it out during our monthly visit to my MIL in the area. We were really surprised how crowded it was, and how more than 90% of the crowd were Asian! Huge contrast than what it used to be. And even though this is near the trailing end of its month-long grand opening, specials are still running rampant on many items, as well as demonstrations: today we saw sashimi cutting from a whole tuna and meat butchering from a whole pig. So many items were on grand opening discounts that we couldn’t help but buy more than we needed. There were also nicely packaged lunch boxes so enticing and very reasonably priced I don’t think we’ve seen them in other Hmarts. We’ve been to many Hmarts in the tri-state area but this by far has been the most bustling. Maybe it’s still under the shroud of the grand opening period since it opened a month ago in November. We shall see. We feel fortunate to have a good Hmart so close by my MIA. We will be shopping regularly here for sure.

It is very wide and clean. It's nice to have a large parking space. It's good that one-stop shopping is possible. Eastern and Western products, which are evenly equipped, allow you to shop as much as you want. I also like the open-free gift.

Easy roof top parking. Clean and stocked shelves with Asian groceries. Great meat selection. The food court is still under construction but can't wait to see what's going to be served.

Saw some good prices and promotions for the grand opening.
Some japanese products like Pocari Sweat were pretty expensive, hopefully they have sales on those in the future.
Bought lots of produce, fresh food and packaged food/ snacks with my mom during our first visit.
Employees were very helpful and welcoming too despite so many people shopping on a Saturday afternoon.
Free parking on the rooftop is very convenient and even has a nice view.

Was here opening day. I'm so happy that they are closer to me now. A lot of things were on sale. Some were overpriced (Iike some specific ramen) but it's a huge HMart. They currently do not sell alcohol but maybe in the future. Kalbi at 9.99/lb, chicken at less than $1/lb, lobster at $6/lb! I bought 10 lobsters 😊👍🤤
