The owner helped me find the tools and supplies I needed for a project, and made sure all the unique nuances of the project were taken into consideration so that it would be completed safely. He even shared some stories about the history of the neighborhood, where he’s been a business owner for many years. I’ll definitely plan to shop here again.

They are incredibly kind to my kids. During the pandemic they gave my son tool catalogs from their suppliers to help satisfy his interest in tools. We visit often to get household odds and ends, both lic locations are great. Don’t forget your receipt if you think that you may need to make a return.

Great little hardware shop to have in the neighborhood. They also keep birthday candles and gift bags stocked up for anyone who’s in need and want more options than Duane Reade across the street.

Great hardware store! Everyone at the store is very helpful, especially when making copies of keys. Their selection is pretty good too for a neighborhood store in Queens. I've never had issues getting refunds either after I bought the wrong thing numerous time :(

My family recently moved to LIC. When I was walking around I saw this store and visited here because it looks so nice and clean.
Various products were displayed in a good way and there were many high quality items in the store. The owner of this store gave my 2-year-old child a cute key as a gift and she really liked it. But a few hours later, the key was missing and she cried all day looking for it. Next day when I visited the store again to buy new keys for her, the owner gave a warm welcome and gave her a key as a gift again.

Best hardware store in Long Island city! They also have many HomeGoods and kitchen goods as well and very nice Staff!!!!

You don’t realize they have everything you need in this place, and they are so nice and play jazz and French music. Cleaning supplies, wine glasses, comforters- saves a trip to manhattan.
