These guys’ customer service is absolute garbage! I ordered their weightlifting belt and a little over a week later it was “delivered and signed for” by me at my home WHILE I WAS AT WORK. When I got home I never found the package that I “signed for” while not being physically there and reached out to SBD to explain to them that the package was either misplaced or stolen. After a week of back-and-forth I got the long version of “we are not willing to do anything about this; order another one”. The best part is the one star review I posted on their website never got published so how do you even trust a seller who filters their reviews?

Doesn't respond to emails after ordering. Simple questions yet totally ignored. Only reason to order from a place like this is quality and costumer service. I just wanted a response nothing more. Would not recommend any place that can not do something so simple. After all what happens when a mistake happens to that $500 order (mine was not. I never place a big first time order just in case)? Side note I liked what I saw just don't trust em from what I experienced
