I love Circle K and was the manager in NH & MA. Everything is typically clean and organized. I really love their updated coffee stations so you know without a doubt that you are getting a fresh cup of coffee...wondering how long the coffee urn has been sitting there is a thing of the past! The fresh hot food options are impressive and the pizza is delicious! I don't visit them so often these days, but they always had a few wicked good deals that didn't make sense to skip out on; like two 20oz sodas for $2.50 when the price of one was $2.49. Unfortunately, employees don't inform customers of current deals anymore. There is a lot employees are no longer doing from what I've seen, but that could be a management issue and definitely where I am going to end.

02/12/2022 12:25pm - my and my Buddy went inside this circle K for the first time ever after a long night watching our best friend perform at his second live concert! So proud of him! 2.5 hour drive from Saco ME. Just tired, and looking for a spot to use the restroom, we landed here, before heading back home. Walked right into the restrooms and did our business first thing, since we were looking for a spot for a good 15/20 minutes after the show. I walked out and as I turned the corner I saw my friend walking to the register with Oreos and a candy bar. I waited by him for a moment before realizing the lady at the register seemed upset or angry. I listened, and she said “I’ve already asked you to leave I’m gonna call the cops” and my friend, confused, says “excuse me?” She proceeded to tell us that he had come in their earlier looking to buy cigarettes and beer, but he was underage. This was impossible because we have never been here in our lives, and had a very clear alibi (X’s on our hands from being at a alcohol serving event, as well as videos from that time period.) she goes on to say that he is wearing the same clothes as the previous man who had walked in…. Matching is a crime now! My friend pleaded to let him purchase the food since not many places were open and we were hungry and tired and just wanted to make it home safely without falling asleep. She still said no, and we left. I came back in to snap a pic of the angry woman who refused two young adults of some snacks

Will be taking legal action against this establishment unless the employee “dez” is fired. She kicked me out of your store because of the color of my skin and the clothes I was wearing. Said I “fit the description” of someone who just tried to purchase alcohol, yet I was in there for a cliff bar and Oreos? She wouldn’t take anything for an answer and refused to check my ID and verify whether I was that person or not. (Newsflash, I wasn’t) read the review below from “maria” she’s the person I was with and explained the story in good detail. I was discriminated against and unless that employee is fired I am seeking legal action against this company.

The Circle K Stores are not properly enforcing the State's Covid regulations, and when I questioned the clerk, she got angry and said that that management has told them not to, but can offer masks to non compliant customers, but can't make them wear them. When I pointed out that was contrary to the law, which states that they must turn away unmaskedand that she in fact did NOT even offer masks to the non-compliant customers, she got angrier and told me I could leave if I didn't like it, or she would call the police. Let that sink in: the customer who is obeying the regulations, and asking legitimate relevant questions----peacefully---is the one she is going to throw out, instead of the half drunk maskless customer rabbiting around the store. Got that? Additionally, the other clerk wasn't wearing his mask properly, nor was social distancing being observed in line. I know these are tough times for store workers, but Circle K's priority should be health and safety for staff and other customers. Allowing maskless customers in these tight quarters indoors does not achieve that goal. And you lose a customer either way. People like me don't go in to stores that flout regulations, you lose our sales and good will. You make customers wear masks, they protest, but they still will come in. No place else for their cigs and booze. Step up and do the right thing. As this situation prevails also in other Circle K stores, I have taken what steps I can. I have reported to the State Dept. of Agriculture today, and filed a complaint with the city, and started an engagement with the loczl newspaoers. Grow a pair Circle K
