AT&T Store

Visiting the store the other was very pleasant trip. Austin, the only one who was working at the time, plus helping 3 other customers as well knew how to fix all of my technical problems! He got me out of there in less than a hour. Will go back just for him!

Austin was awesome! He helped us efficiently and answered all of our questions. He really went above and beyond.

Donavin Mills the new manager at the millsboro store, has been so kind I’ve seen him assist multiple customers without a problem. He’s very patient and understanding

I have had to go to the store twice in the past week regarding issue with my I-watch. Angie who also helped me when I purchased the watch was incredibly helpful. Each time she showed patience with me and assiting me with contacting tech support. Angie spent almost an hour with me each time and was determined to get the watch working.
I appreciated all of her time help and if you visit the store ask for her you will be well served. Thank you so much Angie

I was fortunate to have Kyle Lejeune assist me today, Dec 8 2022, at the Millville Delaware location, on a problem I had with my iPhone. In addition to being very patient and pleasant with me, he brought an exceptional amount of experience and knowledge to the situation and I was extremely satisfied with the results. Kyle went out of his way to help me and I am very grateful. I also witnessed the same kind of interaction and result between him and the prior customer he was helping when I arrived and waited for his expertise. He is an exemplary customer service and technical support employee. Thank you Kyle!!

Tyler was fantastic in dealing with my new phone, Apple Watch and old phone working together. He is very knowledgeable with a “can do” attitude that makes sure you get outstanding customer service. He makes a great teacher while sharing his expertise on iPhone features and various tips.

It’s not AT&T directly it’s actually a licensed partner and because it’s just a lot of people don’t understand that things are slightly different. But most of what you need they can help you with and because of their convenience to my home versus the AT&T store I find myself here more often than not.
I have always found the staff here to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes there are long waits but the staff never seemed grumpy and always does their best to help.

Dana was an amazing salesperson. He was friendly, helpful, honest and informative. The whole experience was great and simple. He helped me make an informed decision and answered all my questions and gave me a tour of my iPhone XR’s newer features. Thanks for making it quick and painless!

Rachel, the store manager has the unique ability to be able to communicate with customers who are not technically oriented. I was afraid to purchase a phone and with her assistance, bought it. She also manages 2 employees, Stephanie and Eduardo who have been trained the same way. All 3 of these employees are a true asset to your organization. You should know that the Millville store is the best AT&T store I have ever been in .

Went to the AT&T store in Millville and was so happy that Rachel was back!!! She is, and has always been, the most knowledgeable about ALL products and services! She is friendly and funny and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need and to answer any questions you may have. If there were more stars, I’d give her more stars!!!

CHris couldn’t have been helpful, pleasant or knowledgeable. I always dread going in for upgrades, but this one was great. What a huge difference over another ATT Store in Frederick, MD. Night and day customer service, attitude and knowledge. Thank you, Chris!!

Great experience. No hard sell. New phone in less real 30 min. Jayme the manager knew exactly the right phone for me in my price range. Easy set up. I recommend this store.

I love this place. The people in there are very knowledgeable which is awesome for me because all I know how to do is throw my phone in frustration when I get no service. They hooked me up with the right plan for me...all I ever actually want to do is make phone calls....and they helped me get a phone that I could figure out. They make it all much simpler and they take their time with you and do not try to sell you a bunch of extras you do not need.

Got a new phone yesterday at the store in Millville Delaware and Allen helped us. He spent a lot of time answering questions and explaining how everything worked , including new features. I highly recommend that location and ATT for excellent service and product selection!

I was on vacation in fenwick island Delaware and busted my phone. I was devastated! I’m over 50 and barely know how to use my phone as-is. Chris was patient, kind, knowledgeable and overall fantastic. He took a poopy situation and made me feel way better. Thank you, Chris for going above and beyond! I’d send friends and family to you in a heart beat.

Great store location. Very convenient. Store updated and inventory current. The manager was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable ,patient and thorough. Met other staff 2nd visit. We had the same experience. Great store.

My wife’s phone had broken on vacation and we were in a jam to find a replacement. Luckily Jamie was able to assist promptly, and took care of us. Crisis averted!

Very knowledgeable,courteous & Helpful individuals ! Helped with switching services , purchasing a phone & getting me a plan that was suitable for me...NOT overkill...$ ! Affordable ,making the change , easier !
