Ashley Store

My sister and I went to Ashley Furniture with the intent to browse for some furniture I needed for my new home. We were met and greeted by Joe who was very professional and friendly. After telling him what I was looking for, he immediately pointed us in the right direction. He proceeded to find everything I was looking for and process my order promptly. Joe was very attentive to my needs and very professional. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him. I will definitely look for him the next time I shop at Ashley.

Laurie was an absolute gem to work with!!! She welcomed myself, my mom, and my 3 boys in with open arms!! She was knowledgeable about any piece I had a question on and helped me pick things that worked with my overall scheme!! I had to furnish just about an entire home and she was just amazing!!! When we were waiting for the cashier to call us up regarding our paperwork Laurie sat with my 3 boys and showed them pictures of her family and talked about her background as a bus driver and limo driver with my boys!! They loved hearing her stories and as a mom there is nothing better than seeing your children happy and comfortable being around someone they barely know!! Thank you SO much Laurie!!

Great experience. We were created immediately upon entering the store and Brian came forward to assist us. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to a few sets, answering our questions and making recommendations. He did not hover and gave us time to look around and discuss options on our own but always available to answer questions and provide measurements and prices. Can’t wait to get our new furniture. Go to Ashley in Millsboro and ask for Brian.

I was greeted which is always nice! Amy was kind enough to show me around the store specific to what I was looking for and later directed me to my price range. Making my selection was successful because of the guidance Amy provided. We love our new furniture !!

I was shopping around and stopped by unexpectedly, as I haven't visited Ashley before. I was greeted by a sales associate, Laurie. What a gem. It's hard to find good customer service in this day and age, but Laurie couldn't have lived up to any higher level as she did, with offering her kindness, knowledge and going out of her way to show me lovely pieces that I was looking for. Checking on certain measurements that could be gotten from manufacturers to fit my room space needs. I will be back and would recommend Laurie to help you with your needs. Also, good sense of color and design abilities as well. You get customer service and a personal designer in One!!!! Thanks for taking your time, Laurie, to give me a wonderful shopping experience!

Purchased 2 bedroom sets, dining room table and chairs plus living room couches. Great experience and salesperson Andre was great. No pressure sales. Enjoyable shopping experience. He answered all of my questions. I am recommending Ashley furniture.

Joe was amazing! So honest and so helpful. We were stuck between 2 awesome choices and he helped us make the decision after really listening to us and our needs. Dean and Kelee were also so great! So happy with our purchase from a great local store!

Was very pleased with the hospitality I received when I went to purchase my item. Laura and other colleagues took their time with me in making the best choice. And I really appreciate that. The service I received at Ashley was outstanding. My sales rep Cynthia was very responsive to our furniture needs and made us feel comfortable throughout our buying experience. I was a first-time customer to Ashley and highly recommend the company.

Brian was extremely helpful, showing me different options I had not considered. He understood my requirements due to having cats in the house. It was very refreshing to have his input without being pushy.
He came across as being knowledgeable in the products.

I had a great experience at Ashley. The manager matched the price that I found online. Cynthia was super sweet and pleasant to deal with. She helped me pick out a buffet server because I didn’t care for the one that goes with the dining table. She followed up after the furniture was delivered to make sure I was satisfied.
I would definitely shine here again.

Our salesman was Joe who helped us from the time we entered the door until we left. He went out of his way to listen to all our wants and concerns. Giving his opinion on the things we asked. I felt he was so honest and truthful with his knowledge. We bought our chair and I will be back later to get other furniture with Joe being our salesman.

Laurie Bliss was very helpful and patient trying to find us a large TV stand. I would highly recommend her. Everyone else in the store was also very friendly and helpful. Great place to buy furniture or whatever else you may need. So glad they have a Millsboro store. We will be back 😃

Great experience… Brian was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I’ve requested Brian twice in the past without a deal being able to be made. Today I again asked for Brian he remembered who we were and was the same courteous person as he was the first two times…. Great Employee !!!

We had an awesome experience at Ashley. Debbie greeted us and showed us around. We found the type of mattress we were looking for and in no time at all had it ordered. The follow up and delivery were also fantastic. And we love the mattress. Best nights sleep in a long time. Thanks!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley furniture recently! We had the pleasure of working with the furniture sales representative Jim. We received excellent service from Jim, and we appreciated his help as we walked through the process of purchasing our new couch! Thank you Jim and Ashley’s furniture!

John was very informative on my initial visit. Brought my husband back and found what we were looking for. We purchased. We then came back the next day and made an additional purchase. We will be returning in tbe near future to work with John again.

We were looking for some seating for our great room. We found a round swivel chair that we really liked but it was a little big for our room. Joe showed us a chair of the same style in a smaller size that was perfect. He was really helpful and wonderful to work with.

We worked with Brian to find just the right furniture to compliment our living room makeover. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him.
