I am so sorry about your latest review… But I have to say something and that is the store is fantastic! JOHN is the owner, and he couldn’t be more kind or more helpful or more considerate in so many ways! His wife is magnificent, too! I have known them since they opened the store And I can’t say enough great things about them. I own a business also and they have printed my cards and many other items for years! Brendan is simply the best designer that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! The UPS store in Ocean view is great. Even when there is a 5 to 6 person back up to return things to Amazon, I’m in and out of there in less than five minutes. The owner, John, does a great job, and even when I bring him things that are not an every day item, he does them very carefully and very well. When I brought him some savings bonds to be notarized, he read the directions from the government and found a mistake that I had made. God knows if you send in a government document a mistake it can take years to fix it. Yea John.

Every time I have visited this store I was helped promptly by a friendly staff member, who helped me with shipping, faxing and email services! This truly is the one stop shop for my shipping and office needs!

The workers are friendly and always attentive. Shipping via UPS provides faster and better service than the Postal Service! Thank UPS for making mailing easy!

I was on vacation in Bethany Beach and needed to mail a package for an online business I run. I was hoping to mail the package before going on vacation but was unable to. The UPS Store helped me out so much. First, I made a phone call asking how I could print the mailing label I had. The call was answered promptly and the gentleman on the line was friendly and helpful. He gave me the store's email address and told me to email the label. Then I went to the store where a gentleman printed my label from the store's email account, efficiently affixed it to my package, and gave me a receipt. It was so quick and easy and with the tracking info on the receipt I was given, I could see that my package was safely delivered to my buyer just a few days later. It certainly was nice to have these friendly people make my vacation a bit easier when I needed to mail a package. Thank you!

EXCELLET JOB! I never review much but was so impressed that I had to leave one here. Busy Saturday and the local UPS store in Ocean View DE. There was a line and I thought to myself. OK here we go.. However I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the attendant. I was there to return my Direct TV Receiver and peripherals. I thought to myself "are they going to know what to do?" the gentleman behind the counter was courteous as well as efficient and I had my receipt and tracking number within 5 minutes and was out of there. That includes the wait on line where I had 2=3 guys in front of me when I arrived. Job well done and Kudos to all the team at the Ocean View UPS Store!

Very smooth transaction with 3 boxes I had to ship...1 very large odd-shaped piece that I didn't have a box for...they did!!

Mr Jim helped us with our Amazon returns and could not have been a nicer man. Incredible customer service and patience. I'd drive an extra 20 miles just to come to this location to be helped by Mr Jim.

They went the extra effort to help me track down much needed information regarding a shipment. Very much appreciated and very professionally handled. All UPS stores can be busy at times however my wait was reasonable when I was there

I recently needed multiple items printed for my daughters wedding; programs, menus and signs for the bar area. I brought the files to UPS where Brendan helped me with the layout and designs. Within a few days we had the samples and he printed in less than a week. I would highly recommend UPS for any of your printing needs.

Went in to the UPS store this morning to have documents notarized. Fast and friendly service was provided by Patricia. Would definitely use their services again.

The staff at this store went above and beyond to help me ship something very important. They spent significant time helping me figure out the best way to ship it. Every step of the process was smooth and helpful. They went out of their way to make the whole experience positive. I would highly recommend them.
