I recently purchased some art at an auction that I needed shipped to me in Virginia. Frank at The UPS Store 5527 was one of the suggested shippers by the auction house. I called the store and Frank actually answered the phone. I told him what I needed and he told me to send a copy of the paid invoice and he would take care of it. And did he ever. My package arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I've never seen so much care and bubble wrap used to ensure safe transit of anything that I have ever purchased. There was even a note on the main piece to warn me not to use anything sharp. 10 stars to this store and to Frank. (Also - It was over the Christmas/NY holidays and the auction house has a 10 day rule that if the items aren't picked up by that time, there is a $10./day storage fee. Frank must have gone and picked up my items the same day that I called.) 'Need anything shipped, call Frank!

I recently purchased an item from an auction house. Frank and his team made the pickup, packing, and delivery to me absolutely seemless. Frank is a such professional.

As I entered the store, I was wonderfully greeted by a UPS member! I was sending off a Christmas package to Kentucky and he assisted me in the process! I had no knowledge of sending packages off to a different state but had so much patience and helped me! It seems that he genuinely cares about his customers!! Shoutout to Luke!!

I went there a week ago and a worker named Luke helped me ship out all of my holiday packages to friends and family. They received it on Christmas morning. Now that's perfect timing! Thank you for the Christmas miracle.

Great Post Office. The boy with brown hair was a great help to me when I was shipping gifts to my loved ones. They were nothing but friendly and assisting to me!

Super easy Amazon returns. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is a bit cramped and so is the parking, but it's still my go-to for shipping and office supplies.

This store did an excellent job shipping large paintings purchased from a Benefit Foundation auction. They meticulously wrapped each painting in paper and then lots (I mean lots) of bubble wrap. Items arrived without damage and I couldn't be happier.

Fast customer service and was there for notary service. Responsive staff.

I bought a rare large and fragile glass vase from the Benefit Shop Foundation auction, so to remotely arrange collection, appropriate packing and ship internationally to the UK wasn't without concern. However, Frank and his team did a great job despite Covid and the vase arrived safely and very well packed. Communication with Frank was good and somebody always answered the phone. Lois was helpful and re-assuring. I am very happy with the sevice I received so would be happy to use again. Keith

Great staff and knowledgeable. Come on people! Packing and shipping may cost a bit more than you think it should, but don’t blame the staff. They are doing their best.

Frank Marchesano and his team went above and beyond to ensure my package made it to me. I reside in Colorado, and it was difficult to manage the shipping but also the packaging of a product while not being there in person. The team was gracious, proactive, and generally amazing. This store is GAS!!! The young man (he’s on the shorter side) helping me inside was very competent in his craft. He looked very sober and excited to work. I am glad to see young passion in the package shipping industry
