McDonald's

I'll start by saying I go to McDonald's a couple times per year...and I usually regret it. Not the case here. The store is clean. The service is prompt and the food is hot. Not the usual McDonald's experience. I've been to this location 3 times in 3 years and it's been on point all 3 times. Will I eat there more frequently? No. But the next time I get the Mac attack I know the best option is on Hendersonville Road.

We had a large group of people with us after church. Our experience at this McDonald's was great. Katherine (an employee) even came over to check on us. All of our food was super fresh and good. Thanks to everyone in the restaurant that made our experience excellent. Greater New Zion Baptist Church Children's group.

Friendly people working here. We were welcomed to the restaurant. Time for some banter at the counter. Food brought to our table. Unexpectedly very pleasant experience having breakfast at this McDonalds.

First and foremost, I never leave reviews. Good or bad. But this was the best experience I’ve had at any McDonald’s at any point in time of my 29 years. Quarter pounder: fresh, plenty of toppings, delicious. The fries: cooked perfectly, hot and fresh, salted to perfection. The customer service: quick, nice, and genuine. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

This Mcdonald's is by far the best in the area. The staff is very friendly, and you get served your food at a reasonable time. This McDonald's really cares about their food because it always tastes fresh. I don't recommend going to the one in long shoals rd next to the gas station because they are the complete opposite

Needed a quick bite and you can't be a McDonald's cheeseburger went you are on the run. I will say the person at the drive thru window was no very friendly.

One of the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in. I was picking up some food for a friend so I can't give you a rating on how good it was I have to be gluten-free.

McDonald's of Enka. Sure, it seems like, when something can go wrong, the fast food industry, McDonald's is the poster child of "what can go wrong, will go wrong". Especially the Enka McDonald's.

However, I will admit, the last three or four visits to the Enka McDonald's, the results were very satisfying. The food was good and my drink was on target. For fast food, sure that's nearly unprecedented.

You're taking a gamble when you choose the drive thru. Will you receive the right food? Will the fries be fresh, will they be salted? The burgers, the fish, and chicken, I'm ecstatic with these sandwiches, if they're prepared to service the customer's order with fresh ingredients to the extent they can.

I do know McDonald's hasn't seen an apple pie recently, but the strawberry pie...very satisfying.

On occasion, no napkins, nor straws have made the bag, given to me through the drive thru. But it seems the team that has assembled in Enka, has gained a good new reputation in gaining the trust of its customers.

But tomorrow is another day, right? Yes it is, and I will not be surprised if something wii go wrong and I will end up getting someone else's food. But I promise to give another accurate account when that time comes. Until then, I will just savor the flavor of a pleasant run through the McDonald's Drive Thru.

Standard McDonald's meal. Not bad since they still have dine in.

Man it was good to sit in a restaurant and eat lunch. Been a while since I could sit and read a book while enjoying lunch. I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which is a regular chicken sandwich topped with a spicy sauce (and two pickles). It was actually very good - a bit messy because of the sauce but napkins - right. Service was excellent - thank you! Seating was still spaced out but I didn't need a mask since I have received a jab as the British like to say. Soda self- service still not working but otherwise almost back to normal.

It's McDonald's food soooooo you know it's consistent. The location is the attraction. There's a grand piano. All marble floors are pretty cool as well.

Yes! This location has it all together! No missing straws, no mixed up order, no forgetting napkins. Much happier drive-thru results.

This McDonald's had the nicest cashier I've ever been to. Went just before closing and the food AND fries were fresh and very hot still.
