You all if you don't already shop at this starbucks you totally should The lady in the drive through Jenn I believe is her name! is the energy and Motivation that we all need to start our day! The boys and I have become regulars simply because she's the best! Today she's dressed as a fairy and I'm sad my youngest was asleep she rocked it!! Don't sleep on this location they are THE BEST!!

Nice employees. My mobile order was great and was ready when we got there. We were able to order a kids-size hot chocolate. We ordered it warm to be safe and it was the perfect temperature. The sitting area is smaller than some stores but we were able to find a seat.

This Starbucks knows how to make an iced green tea matcha latte sweetened, and always get our order correct. The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming, good vibes.

Also the matcha latte is pretty refreshing and light so if you were curious and wanted to try it I order;
Green Tea Matcha Latte
Lite Ice
5 scoops matcha powder
4 pumps classic syrup

The lady at the drive thru is SO friendly. Food is always good.

Jenn in the drive-thru makes this place! She is a reminder that we aren’t all robots. Way to go, Starbucks on keeping this kinda crew member.

I went by there this morning before work, an awesome lady Jenn was at the window and she needs to be acknowledged throughout the company. She was upbeat and happy taking my order and even friendlier at the window. Good customer service is rare these days but she made my day start off a little better with the customer service that she provided!!! Keep that good attitude, you are doing a great job Jenn!

Ok, Jenn at the window is an absolute TREASURE! Starbucks - you better be taking care of her! She is such a gem!!

So I’m a Regional Account Manager. Needless to say, my life evolves around driving and Starbucks.
I was having a pretty awful morning. To the point of an anger & tears morning. If you ever had a morning like that, let me hear you say, “heck yeah”!
I stopped by one of the Starbucks on 1378 Hendersonville Rd Asheville NC in The Fresh Market shopping plaza. This is what I was just given a cup with writing on it that said “You are loved” and the lady with red hair (apologize I don’t know her name) was so sweet when handing it to me. Even though she had a mask on, I still could see her kind smile through that mask. Now that’s customer service. With all the different coffees that I have bought throughout the years and all the different Starbucks that I visit, I will remember this moment. Thank you lady with the red hair and green hat for putting a smile back on my face.

I love Starbucks but this is my favorite store. I come here often in the mornings for coffee. They always remember my name and I usually order the same thing every time and they remember that too! Also love the fact they wear different hats & scarves or caps…instead of everyone looking the same!!! 🫶🏽

The folks at this location are so kind. I have some pretty intense allergies and they were able to take all the necessary precautions to make sure I was able to enjoy my beverage without worrying about getting sick. Wish I had the ability to tip on my card though! That’s not on them I’m sure - I just felt bad because I didn’t have cash.

Jenn is the absolute best!! She was so efficient & fun & super nice 😊 loved her & Starbucks is lucky to have such an awesome employee. Plus my drinks were perfect 🤩

I WANT MY MOCHY!!! I WANT IT NOW!!!! The STINKY batistas weren’t doing NOTHING! I ordered my drink after waiting in line for SIX HOURS! and then when I finished ordering ($0 tip!) they just walked to the weird noise machines??? Then they started handing out everyone else’s drinks first, what happened to customer service?? I made sure the dinguses knew I was upset by huffing and puffing and GLARING at them by standing over their counters. They then told me they were out of heavy cream for my 16 pump mocha frappay due to supply chain issues?? What the hell is a supply chain, MAYBE INSTEAD OF USING CHAINS TO STORE YOUR INGREDIENTS, GROW THEM ON TRUCKS LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE!!! Will not be coming back.

The assistant manager, Keifer (sp), was absolutely phenomenal. Top notch customer service and setting a fabulous example for the rest of the employees.

One of the best Starbucks I've been to! They were SO sweet to me and made my day. 10/10 customer service and thank you to all the employees for working in these insane times. Customer service/food service is a thankless job, so thank you! AND the drink that I ordered was hot, delicious, and EXACTLY what I wanted.

Lexi is AWESOME! she is super sweet and polite. Actually, all the staff are great!

We had friendly staff and delicious frappes today! I love this Starbucks, especially because it has a drive thru.

All the trappings of a standards Starbucks location that you would expect. Don't come here if you don't expect expensive drinks and then lamented by the later. They are expensive but the environment is clean and cozy and what else do you want you know?
