Went to this location to look for a new phone. 2 associates were working. I was nervous as I was unfamiliar with this store. Associate named Archer took the time to review my account and ask what I wanted. Archer and his fellow associate, Joshua, looked over my account and found a way to save me money along with upgrading my phone. Archer went above and beyond providing excellent service. Incredible customer service, Hector and Josh were very friendly and helpful when I needed a new phone case. The coloring books are also very nice and kept me occupied while waiting for help. Will be coming back!

Arrived at opening one day to get on a new plan and add a business line. It was a little tricky and I was there for quite a while, but not due to incompetence. Joseph helped me for over 3 hours. He was fantastic! He explained everything that was going on and had an amazing attitude the whole time. Extremely helpful, kind, and funny. 10/10 service.

Yesterday, my wife and I took a moment to visit the store and see if they could help us with some issues that we were having and explore some solutions. The had apparently had a quick burst rush of people but Will took the time to have us take a seat and said that he would be with us after he finished-up with his other clients.

While he was finishing-up he took the time to get us started and listened to the two main issues that we had. We needed some help with our Gizmo Gadget kid-tracking watch/phone and we needed to explore options that would reduce our monthly bill.

We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years and we had a grandfathered plan with some promotional minutes that had kept our bill low for a very long time. However, over the past several years, our bill has steadily increased and we felt that it was time to see if something could be done.

When Will came back over, he was able to immediately show us that it was best to stay with our current Gizmo for our son. Then we were able to really dive into the billing and our current plan. It took the better part of an hour and Will needed to step away a couple of times to help out some other folks, but in the end, we came away with an Unlimited Plan that finally surpasses the value of the grandfathered plan, the appropriate amount of device insurance and he found where our auto-pay had not been properly crediting, so we are finally getting the savings there.

All-in-all, the work that Will put in will be saving us a minimum of $48 per month, moving forward. Also, we now have enough data that we are not having to turn off certain apps on our phones to manage the changes in our family as our kids get older. $48 per month comes our to $576 per year and with the economy in the shape its in, that's significant. Also, we ended-up going over data twice last year because of traveling and a phone switch. That had cost us well over $150 on those two incidents. In the future, that is simply not going to be a problem.

We really appreciate the time that Will took to help us out. I can't recommend Will or this store highly enough. Great service!

I'm glad I came to this Verizon as I've had some of the best customer service here, not just phone companies but of any store. Tim cut $200 from our phone bill by making a complicated account transfer and also got us two new phones and transferred all our data onto them. He definitely has a lot of experience and knows how to troubleshoot just about any problem. Although this took a cumulative 5 hours or so, he was extremely patient and easygoing. If I were him, I'd be weary by the end of all this but his cheery attitude didn't change. He obviously cares a lot about his customers, and judging by the other reviews, so does everyone else. This guy deserves a day off or maybe a vacation.

I purchased a phone online and couldn't get the SIM card tray in my new phone to eject. I was getting frustrated and it was getting late. I looked online and saw that there was a Verizon center near me. Even though I could see that they were trying to close the store, Jason Dimsdale greeted me as if they had just opened. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an imposition. He fixed my phone problem in a matter minutes and I was on my way. It's refreshing to know that some people still understand the value of good customer service. Thank you Jason D.
