The UPS Store

I had multiple Amazon returns and it was close to closing time. I could not believe how friendly and welcoming all the team members were with not only me but all of the people with whom they interacted. I will always come to this location and I thank them for the kindness and patience!

Ever since new management came in, we haven’t had a single issue with our mail. The employees are attentive, friendly and very helpful every time we stop in. It’s a completely different experience now.

Visited Galloway UPS yesterday to have prints made of family photos. Ben was very careful and considerate lining up the photos while giving best size and price for copies. So much faster and easier and more personal than running out to the mall.

I had such a great experience at this UPS store. Being 70 years of age, I am not familiar with all the new technology, I needed to retrieve an email from my phone and print only specific pages. Johnathan was so kind, patient and courteous, not to mention knowledgeable! I could not have felt more at ease. He answered all my questions and made me feel like a was a valued customer. Thank you so much Johnathan!!!

I love this UPS store! All employees I have interacted with are very friendly and polite. They always try to get you in and out very quickly and efficiently. I recently had a bunch of returns to send back to Amazon, and they were very patient and kind and had me out of the store quickly. Thanks for always providing a great experience!

Unfortunately this was my first time I ever had any kinda of issue with UPS and it was a out of state UPS (Sent my package to another location ) employee Benjamin in Galloway store answered all my questions and reached out to his manager to help me find out the next steps right away. He never skipped a beat he made this issue his priority l! People say why don’t you go to the UPS down steeet from your house (why would I when I can be treated this GREAT!!!) always a smile from Benjamin and a pleasant greeting entering the store . And always leaving the store weather with a customer or not he takes that one second to say thank you and have a great night !! I hope UPS realizes what a great employee they have ..

This is hands down the kindest and most professional UPS store I have come across. Everyone is so helpful and personable. It makes coming in a positive experience and I recommend this store to anyone in the area!

The store representative saw me struggling with my package and came out and carried the item into the store. She also walked me through the process of returning the item.

I recently had a great experience here over the holiday season. I had several Amazon returns and the store was packed, everyone was processed quickly and efficiently with great customer service - which in my opinion is a hi what can I do for you, and gets me out of the store fast. I personally had interactions with Oliver and Zac and they worked together to get all my returns (I had to print labels there) situated and out. The whole team worked together nicely as there was not a moment that I was there that there wasn't a line. The line was not due to the stores inability/incompetence or anything like that but rather just demand for UPS. I am very happy to have this store near me, and to have associates like Oliver, Zac and the rest of the team that understand how to move people along, while providing service with great attitudes, and get the job done. :)

My husband and I had several errands to run and it began at the UPS store this morning. Luke Yuro was the only employee there and he was totally swamped. He overheard my husband and I saying that we needed to go to the courthouse to get some paperwork notarized and he told us that he is a notary. He took time out of his busy morning to notarize our documents right then and there and he saved us from having to make that extra stop. His life would have been easier if he didn’t offer to help, but he did it anyway and I was very impressed with that. I was also incredibly impressed with his courteous and patient demeanor in the face of rapidly increasing business and being by himself.
