AT&T Store

Had a great experience at Galloway AT&T on Saturday Feb 11. Richard Gibson & Latrell were very helpful and looking to get best deal done for me. They gave me great advise on plans and how to save best bang for your buck
Went back following day Sunday Feb 12 so my son could get a new phone. Had total opposite experience. Knew I should have turned around. We had pleasure of Michael Malore. Michael keep pushing his pitch about direct TV. I let him know I had no interest numerous times. Had a lot of issues previously with AT&T Direct TV. His response was “we are taught to get three no from customer”. I asked for his supervisor. Told me he can’t give out there number.
I applaud Richard & Latrell for their customer service.

The store associate Lily was very attentive and showed genuine concern, pertaining to my issues. She diligently brainstormed and gave me three different solutions, fast. She's funny too and was very polite, with a great personality. Lily delivered grade A service and made me want to continue being an AT&T customer when I was overwhelmed and thinking about changing carriers. Excellent job Lily.

Michael was fantastic, very personable and extremely helpful. 10 stars!!

If you're looking for a great customer service experience with AT&T, this Galloway location is for you. Latrell is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Maddy has a promising future too. My only knock is can you provide a few more seats in the place? I mean, c"mon! More than two customers and the staff has to stand? Treat your employees better...!!!

I had numerous discrepancies with customer service when I called to add an extra number to my iPhone. Long story short, I visited the store in Galloway and was met by Latrell, a sales representative. I explained my problem to him and in less than 10 minutes he had the issue corrected! Not only is he very knowledgeable but he also delivered excellent customer service. Latrell us an asset and he is the reason I will continue to do business with AT&T!

I encounter two young men working there. They made my AT&T experience great one. Very pleasant and professional. Resolved my situation fast and effective. They should do training for upcoming customer service reps.

First and foremost just to put this out there that I have been a customer with AT&T for almost 20 years. That being said Latrell Towsendat should be recognized for his outstanding customer service skills that he provided. He answered every one of my questions that I had with absolute confidence and certainty. I purchased new iPhone 14 pro and I’m very satisfied with the product. I would have settled with an older model but he explained the differences and improvements with this newer model and was very informative. Individuals like Latrell are the reason why it makes things so much simpler and relaxing to still interact with the face to face business model and not just online. I thank him for being very accommodating and also humble and friendly to me and my children while they were also in the store with me. If you didn’t already have it in your minds to promote this young individual then you better start to make him more of a valuable asset to your company because when you lose employees like him that is when your company suffers. Thanks again Latrell and best of luck on your future with AT&T.

At the Galloway AT&T store I walked in dreading what I needed to do to resolve my issue with my broken phone- it would not take prompts when touching any of the icons- had to by a new phone but the blessing was Lynette. Like most folks my phone holds important info and sentimental memories. Through intellect and relentless effort Lynette was able to transfer all of my data from the broken phone to the new phone- she helped me create a new Apple ID , she was pleasant and thoughtful throughout our experience together and I’m so grateful she was available to help me.

Had a lovely experience upgrading phones at the Galloway NJ location. Our representative was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Louis went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns.

Prompt, courteous service. Provided options with details for purchasing a new phone and listened to what I needed.

Exceptional assistance (and patience) with getting my phone set-up. Answered all my questions without hesitation.

Very, very pleased. Marlou is a great asset to AT&T. It’s nice to find someone who is competent and a pleasure to deal with.

This location is also very convenient.

My iPhone screen died Friday night. Went to the ATT store first thing Saturday morning . Got the new 14 Pro , service was professional, intelligent and had me on my way in under 40 minutes.

Customer service is efficient, engaging and professional. Reps are supportive and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who values a professional, customer friendly business.

My mother and I have had so much trouble with her iPhone so we went into the Galloway at&t store and spoke to Walter. He was so amazing and helpful. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were taken care of! Walter is an incredible asset to this company! If it weren’t for him my mother was so frustrated she was going to switch services. However after Walter talked to her, she was back on the at&t bandwagon. He single handedly saved this customer and her family’s business from switching services! Walter is considerate and really cares about helping his customers and we could genuinely see that!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Terrell took the time to listen and explain things to us. I was most impressed how he greeted everyone else that came in while he was helping us. He was able to help my family and put people at ease as they were waiting. Then as he was finishing up with us he was juggling other customers (not at all did we feel unattended or less important). He deserves a raise.

Brandon was great at making sure my upgrade went perfectly. He was personable and helpful with any questions. He got everything complete in a timely manner too! He did an excellent job!

Thé store Associate Terrell was the best. He went above and over to help us with the best deal on our service.
He waited very patiently and worked with us even though it was late and the store closes at 4:00 pm.
He was there an hour and half late helping us. We said could come back later but he wanted to finish the process of upgrading. His girlfriend was calling but he was so polite with her and not stress to finish his work. A true gem.
If there were 10 stars I would give him all. 5 stars are not enough for the service we got.
He was not only professional but put his heart also to work.
Our experience at the corporate store in Consumer square was horrible.
This is now our new favorite store.

Today, I went to pick out a new phone. I’m a little tech-challenged myself, but Brandon made the experience absolutely wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. I would recommend his services to anyone who is in the need of a new phone or just help in general. Thanks, Brandon!

Terrell was awesome, he walked us through everything and helped us out, we found a deal about buy 2 accessories get one free online and in store. But when we went to go purchase things the deal didn’t show up. Terrell stayed with us and calmed us down because we were obviously disgruntled with at and t at the time. With his kindness and support he assured us that at and t is still the most reliable phone company to be with. Without his expertise and help with fixing a problem in the advertisement we received we would not have been at and t customers at the end of the day. But thanks to Terrell reminding us of why we chose at an t and why we stay with them, we will continue to be satisfied customers for years to come.

I had a great experience at this store! Ralph the manager and Jerry went above and beyond to help us. I came to the store multiple times because I couldn’t make up my mind on what plan or device I wanted…I eventually ended up upgrading my service and purchasing multiple phones. I definitely would recommend a visit to this store.
