O'Reilly Auto Parts

This is one of the best auto parts stores I like. It is near my work, and they have most of the stuff that I need for my cars.

The workers at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store are very knowledgeable and willing to help. You have questions. They have answers! The key is they have the correct answers!

Today my truck battery died. I was driving down Fulton and I saw the O'Reilly sign, I made a u turn and called, Nick answered the phone, came out of the store and checked out my battery so I could keep my truck running and said yes, he had the battery, the price and he could install it. He was done and I was on my way in no time. I really appreciate the customer service and effort this young man put into my purchase. Excellent experience, thank you Nick and O'Reilly. Outstanding 😁

The guy there tested my friends truck battery free and helped him remove the heat shield from my friends old starter motor. He needed a new starter motor. They sold us a remanufacutred one with a core rebate from the old one at a good price with a lifetime warranty.

Great team and staff andy helped us out with what needed. Heard all the staff helping out other customer each one very polite great team here store manager should be verh proud of this team oreilly !!!

Nick was the best he figured out without a doubt what battery out 3 was wrong with my dad's car. His professionalism and knowledge of a foreign car was remarkable he was totally the best ! My 5 stars is because of him thanks Nick !!

The staff here is very helpful and I enjoy the interesting stories I always hear. I don't know why those stories are so informative but they stick with me and I learn a lot

The folks there were great. I went their to get an air filter and did not know where the air filter was on my car. The sales person said that he would help after he answered a phone call. Well in the few minutes before he came out to assist I googled where it was and was in the process of installing it. He helped anyway and I was very appreciative.

Good selection of parts and staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Cashier's very helpful. And when you need help .they are very helpful .with your car. Or looking for something on the shelves. they point you in the right direction. if not they will get it for you. Very good experience 👍.hats off to them 🤙🇺🇸 .

Great. I had to buy a lock gas cap... because someone had Syphoned half a tank of gas...a good $60 worth. The guys helped me out. The first one didn't fit and they were quick to find the one that did. Even put it on for me. That's customer service.

I went to the O'Reilly near my house but they didn't have the part so I ended up at this store. Totally different experience, friendly staff, knowledgeable on top of that and they have the stock. I will be driving the additional time from now on to this store. Big 2 thumbs up to the staff and management. Good people.

WENT IN TO BUY OIL FOR A MOTOR OIL CHANGE FOR MY SISTER CAR WICH I DIDN'T KNOW IF U GIVE YOUR LICENSE PLATE ALL THE CAR INFORMATION COMES UP SO IT MADE IT EASY FOR ME TO GET WHAT I NEEDED

Fully staffed so no waiting in line. Only downside was there were no large containers of oil available but I'm sure that's not their fault. Upside was my container of oil I did buy was only a dollar more than I paid for it a couple of months ago.

Big boss (Manager) was an alright help. He actually told us our good battery, was NO good, after testing the battery and alternator that was actually really good still lol. Then, I just never seen him after that. Must’ve went home for the day. Because another young man came out and HE was the biggest helper here. From start to finish and even came back around to check up on our truck. We were stuck there for a little after 6 hours. We were trying to figure out what was going on with our truck. And finally...FINALLY...my husbands friend had a mechanic come and look at our truck. It was the starter all along. Not the battery. But things worked out. Thanks to the kid who helped us while we were there.

Came in at a busy time on a Tuesday. Needed a new battery, Thomas went above and beyond to replace the old battery and install the new one. Made sure before I left I was refunded the core charge. Very friendly staff, I will definitely return for future business. 5 stars

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rico went out of his way to ensure that my visit was a good, helpful experience. I wish more parts stores were run the way John is running this store. This is the first parts store I can recall in years that truly has good customer service and puts the customer first. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

I was assisted by two separate people. I was greeted by the manager right away. I needed a battery. They helped me attach the battery. The Service Agent was very knowledgeable and engaging. I had such a bad day that my experience at O’Reilly was so great that it made my day significantly better. I was on the way to Autozone and saw O’Reilly. I have no regrets!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t know about O’Reilly before today but will definitely go back. Russ and Luis we’re both very helpful and professional, and they had what I needed even though my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid is both old and non-standard. I highly recommend them.

The woman who helped me at the Cottage Ave store find the correct CV boot for my car did a great job, I think she was the manager because she told the other guys there to find something to do, I liked that! You go to other stores at times and you see the workers just meandering around not assisting customers, good job!
