Store looks ready for the holidays! Cups are festive, shelves are stocked and seasonal drinks are here!

This Starbucks location is my favorite in Silverdale. Barnes & Noble is a close second but sometimes it gets too crowded. This location has a high table with phone chargers and many outlets in the wall and the floor so you can set up a laptop for a long study or work session after buying a drink. Among the times I've been here there was no line and not many people sitting in. Great if you are looking for a cafe to study or work in.

absolutely amazing. Great customer service and support for the military. Our son had a big Coast Guard promotion ceremony this morning, and this store made sure everything was in place for hot coffee with all the accessories!

Best Starbucks in the NW. My preference when it comes to Kitsap Starbucks stores. I use my local store here to compare other Starbucks. They set a high standard for cleanliness and food quality and their staff is very friendly and cheerful. The manager Mr James Cottier runs a tight ship!

Love the natural light from the windows (it’s bright during our summer days, but we’ll all appreciate it when it’s been raining for the 3rd month in a row). The lobby was thoughtfully designed, the staff was very friendly, and the store was spotless. I’m also loving the nostalgia of the 80-90s r&b music (TLC and Whitney Houston). I must have picked a good day!

Always a great place friendly staff

I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but I LOVE there nitro brew with sweet cream and Carmel. I can literally order this a few times a day. The team there are very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and most importantly they always greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this location!

My favorite Starbucks location in Silverdale. Clean open well-lit spacious interior. Staff is happy and super efficient. When I came in today (black Friday) the barista working the machine checked in with me because my order was taking an extra little bit. She was also checking in with her staff in a dozen different ways. Obviously a very effective manager or team member. Kudos.

Use a drive-thru so I didn't experience the atmosphere

I don’t visit Starbucks often but when I do, this Starbucks does it right! Malia made the best shaken espresso for me today and I can’t stop thinking about how delicious it is. And Leah is awesome too! 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely staff, quick to get my order out and order was accurate. Store is clean and well maintained, and everyone got a greeting, very well done!

Great coffee, wonderful baristas.

Yesterday I was served by a Starbucks associate named Ethan. During check-out I could not sign-in to the Starbucks mobile app, and once he assisted and determined I was not at fault he sincerely apologized and did not charge me for my order. I did not expect or request this, and I was highly impressed. The entire time Ethan was friendly, polite, courteous and professional. Ethan is a stellar example of superb customer service, and I hope Starbucks will give him his due recognition. Thank you for having such a conscientious associate.

Everyone here is so wonderful!! A few of the employees have made it a point to try to remember my name, Konnor (or Connor, I'm not sure) specifically! Everything is enjoyable, and the atmosphere is light and happy😊

I've never actually sat down, but I always mobile order in the am and they always have my order ready when I get there. It takes me about 5mns to get there and so far it's been the correct order, just grab and go! Very friendly staff too, even at 8/9am when I usually go :)

I only go to this Starbucks location for my drinks. Unlike the Bucklin Hill location, I always find a spot to park, the staff is super nice & always immediately acknowledge me & ask if I'm picking up a mobile order (which I usually am). The drive thru is wide because it may have been an old bank & they move pretty fast. The last time I went to the drive thru I had a dance party to the music in my car with the barista in the window lol.

I just spent, for the first time, a part of my evening at this Starbucks location. The baristas were very friendly. To be specific, Ethan and Jazz, gave me more time than I expected. They answered many questions I had about new and old drinks. They also, put in extra time and effort making changes for my friend and I, to insure us a better experience. If you want a positive experience with baristas, who care as much about you, as they do their coffee sales, I highly recommend this Starbucks location. And yes, of course, I will be a returning customer.
