Wow, I just got home from the most amazing shopping experience ever here! (4/20/23, I was in about 6pm) I came for another bottle of tequila after my last visit I tried a new brand and desired something different. I was looking over the bottles and a very polite young lady asked if she could help. I declined at first but then asked for an Anejo recommendation, and she absolutely nailed it. Not only did I leave the store with a bottle that will now be a regular in the rotation (spot on what I wanted) but I was also able to sample a fantastic top shelf option I will surely be purchasing in the future. She absolutely killed it and was great to talk with about the different varieties, quite a knowledgeable individual on the subject. To say I enjoyed my shopping experience is an understatement, and shame on me for not being able to provide her name in this post because she definitely deserves some recognition.

This squirrel 🐿 couldn't be more happy 😁. Visiting the area for work and want to bring the wife home 🏡 something special 😉, I thought 🤔 how about some Washington State Wine 🍷. Well the Google review rating is 4.7😁 so I stopped here. Within 2 minutes Jeff and Kobie (Photo) asked me if I need help. They understood my needs and make some great recommendations.

I was done shopping 🛍 in 3 minutes. As I walk out who do I see helping and older person in the lot, Kobie! Well earned 5 stars.

My go to wine store. Phenomenal selection, well-organized, and easy to find by varietal, region, etc. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Tip: sign up for the app and gain instant discounts (10-15%) on most bottles.

People at Total Wine in Silverdale are friendly and always ready to help. Great employees. But the online ordering is a nightmare. Have ordered 4 or 5 times online and last order sent to California rather than Washington. I had to talk to 4 people before things got squared away.

Friendly staff and an excellent selection. We were able to find something we haven’t been able to find anywhere else in years, and their website told us right where to look inside the store. I’m not a huge fan of “The Trails” shopping area, but I’ll go back to this store for sure.

It's easy to find everything you want. I enjoy the samples and the minis so you don't have to buy a bottle of something you want to try.

Good place to find a wide selection of wine and beer and the staff os happy and helpful always willing to go the extra mile. Working here seasonally during college was pretty fun too, i got out of retail thankfully as most customers are A-Holes but the management here is lovely & supportive!

This store is pretty cool! So many choices for seltzers, micro brews, beer, wine, and hard booze! The staff helpful and the shelves are stocked well. I like to look online to see what's in the store, and it's usually exactly in the bay/aisle stated (for us it was cookie dough whiskey). The prices are comparable to other booze stores, but the taxes are clearly stated on the bottles and end caps, so no surprise at the register.

Super helpful staff as if I ever have a question it’s easy to get it answered. Great selection, including my personal favorite the walk-in humidor. The only drawback to this store is that taxes in this state are insane so I keep my purchases to a minimum. Not their fault, but definitely hurting their business.

They had everything we needed and the customer service was great! I also didn't know they were dog friendly until we came in which is awesome. They gave my pup lots of treats and helped us find exactly what we needed.

The selection is crazy. Wish they were in Oregon.

There's a lot to say about this location and all of it is great. Every staff member I have interacted with has been a treat. Rosemary at the checkout is a riot and the sweetest person. We also recently had our wedding and Jeff was so great to work with, from the tasting, to the ordering and picking up. Their spreadsheet used to calculate drinks was spot on for us and we had the right quantities of everything!

Just when I thought finding my favorite hard cider was a lost cause... There it was, on your shelves!! 😁
