From the outside, it looks like a baby Best Buy. Literally the smallest sign. I think I've seen. That said, it certainly big enough on the inside and had exactly what I needed. Inventory matched the website which is a bonus and of itself.

The staff was extremely friendly and literally walked me to exactly what I asked for when I walked in the door. Price matches the website, as well.

I had such a great customer service experience at this Best Buy. For weeks, I'd been going back and forth with a Geek Squad at a different location and Apple to try to resolve an issue with a MacBook I'd bought through the Best Buy Open Box program that hadn't been properly deactivated before I purchased it.

I recently moved to the area and decided I would try to get help for this issue in store one last time - the general manager, Rob, resolved the issue that I'd been having for weeks in fifteen minutes. He immediately got the frustration that I was experiencing and made the situation right. He had trouble processing the return in the regular way, but instead of just sending me away like the other store had, he made sure I got the right in-store credit so I could get a new laptop that day of equivalent value and was so helpful in resolving a situation that had been causing me so much stress. I can't express my gratitude enough for his kindness and professionalism in helping me resolve an unexpected issue!

This was my first time shopping in store ( I had previously purchased online and that was perfect) and it followed the same way in store. My husband and I needed to purchase a washer and the salesman we had was so friendly and so knowledgeable . He immediately helped us order our washer as they didn’t happen to have it in store . Was set up and purchased so easily . That makes shopping so much more enjoyable .

This Store is highly visible from all roads leading to it. A quick, easy ride off the highway. This Store is handicapped friendly with handicapped parking spaces.

The Store is clean and very well lit. It is easy to navigate, and from the minute you walk in, you can see what the specific departments are.

The Store associates are knowledgeable and helpful. The associate who assisted me went above and beyond. I wish I had recorded his name. He truly represented Best Buy through and through and has a warm embracing personality.

I wholeheartedly recommend this store to everyone here in Kitsap County, Washington.

It was a last minute Christmas gift pick up that I drove 45 minutes to pick up because the item was out of stock at other stores, when I arrived it was easy to locate the pick up area and all I had to do was show them ID and they got my order in a quick timely manor and I was out the door. Staff was quick and friendly and eager to help me.

The General Manager Rob. This may be a lengthy review but it is well worth noting and I hope that somebody at Best Buy corporate read this message because the general manager at this location in Silverdale is by far one of the greatest employees I've ever experienced not only at a technology store but in retail in general. It's a very lengthy story I placed an order on doordash for pickup and delivery of a Bluetooth speaker that I had been saving up for for a long time as I know it has with others, money has been tight this year but it was a Christmas present to myself. The speaker was not great quality and i disliked it strongly. and doordash refused to give me my money back for the order, and through a very lengthy process involving a credit card company, doordash support, and over 7 hours on the phone with doordash and the 1-800 customer support overseas for best buy, nothing was getting resolved and I was extremely frustrated and out of money for the holiday season.

That's where Rob comes in, in my quest to redeem my funds for the speaker, nobody has ever been more compassionate kind and understanding of my situation as I came in storming the Gates of Hell mad at the 1-800 overseas ladies that kept blowing me off and treating me like my problem didn't exist, and being aslighted by doordash. He maintained a calm demeanor dealt with me and turned my experience around, not only am I happy about my return that he was finally able to push through I am so beyond satisfied with the customer service that words cannot even begin to explain. He is just a kind human across the board. And that is rare to find these days and I just wanted to leave a note explaining how appreciative of that I am for him solving somebody else's problem. He didn't just solve a problem for a customer but he solved one for a customer who's Coral was with a different company and yet somehow he was able to figure it out what an absolutely genuinely nice person that I will never forget thank you Rob.

Best Buy figured it out, they survived Amazon. Best Buy is one of the few stores I can go into and not care when I come out. I never get bored with looking at "ALL" the latest and greatest.

Tonight the customer service was a little spotty. I was looking in the iPad area for about 15 minutes, left to use the restroom, and came back and then someone stopped by. We visited the auto area and while he finally looked at the problem, he was full of excuses as to why the problem was happening. The guy left no time for us to explain what was going on.
We have had better customer service in the years past.

While Best Buy's prices can be higher than some online retailers (a given considering the overhead costs for local brick and mortar retailers), they are a much appreciated convenience for consumer tech users.

I often use them for quick access to PC components when time is a major consideration (repair/replacement) and for quick, convenient access for PC upgrades. Best Buy regularly places select items in this category on sale, at pricing competitive with (sometime lower than) online retailers.

This review follows a recent purchase of a couple of M.2 NVMe SSD's and a fast QHD IPS panel monitor. These items (specific brands/models) happened to be on sale at prices a bit lower than I could find online, and the store was a block away from an errand I happened to be running on my date of purchase.

I have rarely found knowledgeable and helpful staff to be unavailable, though this is rarely necessary in my case as I rarely shop. I know exactly what I intend to purchase before I arrive at a retail store. That said, customers often have questions when shopping. My local Best Buy seems to hire knowledgeable and friendly associates. In both conversation and observance, I have found their associates capable of guiding customers in the right direction, based on customers' questions.

Note:
The review above does not address 'Geek Squad' expertise. I have had customers in the past for whom I've had to correct problems resulting from 'Geek Squad' repair service (some very expensive issues to resolve, most often mistakes made due to a lack of knowledge, experience, or both). My assumption is that the overhead costs in providing retail based computer repair services result in more need than availability for knowledgeable and experienced technicians.

I have ~43 years of professional experience in most facets of the computer / data communications industry, so my expectations may be a bit high for retail tech services. I can't speak to the current knowledge/expertise of the 'Geek Squad' as I've not intersected with their customers in the past five or so years.

For retail computer service issues, I would advise as much research as possible before selecting any given service provider. IMO, customer reviews are crucial here. Unsatisfied customers are more likely to report their experience than satisfied customers, especially with expensive service. Look for feedback on services most relevant to the service needed.

Seemed pretty empty in here but made for quick trip and awesome service. Young man in video games area helped us immediately and had stellar feedback/recommendations. We purchased 2 games and one was his suggestion when we asked him to pick between 2, we are extremely happy with his guidance! Prices were fair on games too, expected worse honestly.

AMAZING 10/10 customer service, I had an amazing experience where a employee helped me find a advertised free steel book with a purchase of Resident Evil 8. After not finding it in the traditional spots he didn’t give up and got me the steel book. Was one of the nicest employees I have ever interacted with. Another time when I got a PlayStation 5 my card got declined because of a spending limit. The employees let me stay there held the PlayStation 5 for me while I called my bank and I did the limit.
