Had a great experience at the ATnT Greenfield Location. The staff was prompt, friendly & knowledgeable.

George helped me out.
I received great customer service, and he had excellent product knowledge.

This is where I'll be coming back if I need help in the future.

I 'm at ATT STORE SOUTHFIELD HAD VERY GOOOD EXPERIENCE. SERVICE REP WAS ms.Domonique she was very patient and helpful with a senior citizen like myself. I had many questions for Ms. DOMONIQUE. which she answered with a smile. Customer service is everything to me and the staff at ATT Southfield are very good at customer service. Went to this store to purchase a car charger cord. Had multiple questions about the difficulty I had experienced by signing up with AT&T at Sam's club. Found out it is better to go directly to an AT&T store directly. The young man who helped me was phenomenal. If I could switch my account from Sam's club directly to AT&T I would.

George, at the 9 mile and Greenfield store, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about at&t products and services. Without asking, George set up my iPad for me, which, I felt, was an extra bonus to my customer service experience.

I want to say that I had the BEST SERVICE A CUSTOMER could get Dominique went over and beyond to make sure I had all my phones and my internet. She made sure all my contacts and everything in my phone was transferred over .. When I say that that store on 23105 greenfield is great they are great .. Greet you at the Door with a smile and ready to help . Dominique also had her associate Ciera help me when she wasn’t in . Thank you so much Dominique and Ciera Great Job !!

George was extremely helpful, I canceled my 2nd line 7 times, and the line still popped up, he was able to take the line off in the matter of minutes! He’s located at the Southfield location, on Greenfield! Go see him right away he’s awesome!

I was helped by George who I recommend for everyone coming to this AT&T store. I couldn’t use my number or cellular data since i got my phone, but he fixed it within a few minutes and I was out.

Kevin was wonderful. I came in with something in mind and he hooked me up with a great trade in. Walking out a happy customer.

Always so welcoming! Every time I go, for whatever I need, someone always greets me at the door. The store is clean and the employees are helpful. Not pushy AT ALL

Are the associate Moe hooked it up and took care of everything. Made sure my bill was as low as I could get with all the discounts I was getting he also checked into some past charges to make sure those were legit and then when he added a new line he did it all himself had it all setup I was in and out of there in 30 minutes.
If you're within 15 miles of that store go there. I've called on the phone to AT&t service I've gone to corporate locations I've gone to that location that's a block away from my house no one has been able to take care of me like these guys great job thank you I'll be back
