Very professional and helpful staff! I was working on a cabinet assembly and needed help determining how best to ensure a piece fit over my wall moulding. The associate in lumber was so helpful! I believe his name was Amil and he mentioned he’s an aspiring furniture builder. He asked great questions to understand the problem and provided the perfect guidance and product recommendations so that I could successfully complete my DIY project.

James is fast and safe Hilo driver. Guys make sure you slide the tandems disconnect red line landing gears down and wheels chocked at this place. Supervisor Greg does check it. Rest is good, pretty fast place for deliveries. 👍👍

Rosalind is the best employee there hands down. Positive attitude, fast and knowledgeable. Give her a raise

I love Home Depot. It may be hard at times to find someone to help you or answer a question. They have a great plant and tree selection.

I recently shopped at this location. The customer service representative named Lameer was exceptional! Not only did she handle my transaction in record time, but she also found a way to assist another customer while answering incoming calls to the store. We were all smiling from ear to ear...in awe of her willingness to go above and beyond to deliver optimal customer service!

I frequently go to this location. It was a great experience. I went in to get a light bulb for the light outside of my garage. The guy that I met to help me was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the difference in the lighting and type of bulb to be replaced in there. He wanted to be sure that nothing bad happens.

I have to give them 5 stars. The Home Depot itself is fine. Nothing special. However…the music that is playing in this store is always so good! That’s literally the reason they are getting 5 stars.

My mother in law, son and daughter and I had a Ball buying flowers and plants! 😍😄🤩

I live in a rural Area and came to this home depot #2711 looking for a new fridge as my town is really small. No big box stores.

Home Depot free on-site" build and take" activity is actually fun and educational. Went to the Southfield location this Saturday and had a great time constructing a reindeer and sled craft with my daughter.

Eric Gardner was awesome!! He went the EXTRA mile in assisting me! I had just came from another store looking for a specific chandelier light bulb that the store did not have. So I drove to Home Depot. He helped me find it and did not see it on the shelf. So, he went the extra mile and getting it at the top of the shelf that was still in storage boxes I would have never found. This made a woman day in a Home Depot store!

Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a delightful experience buying mulch and grass seed today! Unbelievable customer service by Gonzalo. He stacked the 10 bags of mulch on the cart, walked me to the grass seed area and showed me all the different options, and then pushed the cart to the checkout, rang me up, and loaded up my car! Amazing. It took less than 10 minutes. What a nice guy and great employee. He deserves recognition and a raise!!! Thank you so much. p.s. I tried to give him a tip and he refused. Dedicated employee.

I have to say, as far as Home Depot's go, this is my favorite. I love the garden center, they take such good care of the plants, you don't have to pick thru the dying or diseased plants to find a good one. They have some things I don't usually see at a Home Dept. I also have to mention the staff. I've never had a staff member offer to help me getting stuff to my car. Except for here. Everyone is really helpful there, they're doing it right!

I came to pickup a wheelbarrow curbside today and for some reason did not realize that it would already be fully assembled. I have a small sedan and it would not fit into my car so Tim took off a portion of the bottom and was able to place it into my backseat. He could have just recommended coming back with a larger vehicle or processed a refund but instead, he went above and beyond to ensure I was able to take my purchase home same day. Thank you Tim - you are a blessing!

I walked into the store found something DOOR out of place wanted it for the price I seen it and was ready to argue Eric down calmly Eric P said you got it gave me the price needed a toolbox plus a small heater and can’t forget the door hinges Eric deserves all praise. Very nice store, was there for plants and flowers. Got some great ones. Easy access and plenty if parking.

Purchased new knobs for the bedroom closet doors and new switch plates and plug 🔌 in socket plates for a newly painted bedroom.
