I went there at lunch and ordered inside the restaurant. I was immediately helped which was impressive because the drive thru line was long. The drink came out in about 5 minutes and the food was about 10. This was very good all things considered.

I came to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe with my granddaughter every day after summer camp. It was her highlight of the day! The people here are very friendly, attentive and get it right every time! I enjoyed all the attention they gave my five-year-old granddaughter and so did she!

Nikki did her thang today! 2/4/23 I arrived around noon to place my order for a smoothie, it was getting packed. She literally was the only one working because the person that was supposed to work didn’t show up. A coworker that was called in to help showed up and got straight to it. I commend Nikki for working so hard during that time because I would’ve cried and closed early and went home. Shout out to the coworker that came through to help her. Give them a raise! Thanks again Nikki!

Whenever I go I receive quick service. Never had a bad smoothie! The employees are pleasant as well

Update: Food is still good. They canned the morning manager after he put in his 2 weeks, but it's still a good place.

They are always nice and get my order right my Bahama mama and Cali breakfast sandwiches are always top notch I'd include picts but im noshing right now lol

Employee, Mason went above and beyond to ensure all of the customers were satisfied when they got extremely busy, he was very polite and kept calm during rush hour. He even went out of the way to ensure each person was up to date with their order.

I went to this location for the first time and was extremely pleased..There was a associate by the name of Patrice that was very nice, patient and had a very positive attitude made sure that i was satisfied with my order..In fact she went above and BEYOND with doing so. If i had the option of her serving me again i would gladly visit this location again..she made my experience great

Yesterday was my first time trying the detox smoothie. I thought it was good. My sis had it with pineapple in it. She said it give it that touch of sweetness. I will try it the next time.

Thomas is the best! He always has an amazing attitude, even at 7 am. He always addresses me by name and sometimes even has my order ready! He is so kind and hard working.

The drive through is convenient. They have vegan options as well, I made a few alterations to the hummus wrap to take out the dairy and it was delicious.
