The store in Winder is always very clean & well organized. I went there primarily for meat specials; in particular NY Strip steaks @ 7.99 a lb. Thick & nicely marbled. Ended up stocking up on some other steaks, roast & pork ribs. Terrific prices. And should you need to, you can speak to one of their butchers. My understanding is, they provide meat for most of the restaurants in the Winder area.
Had company that night & we grilled the steaks for dinner. Everyone agreed they were excellent. Produce area is well stocked, organized & clean. Staff is friendly & helpful. No "self checkout registers," which I love. "Old fashioned" service.

This has got to be the cleanest, most well stocked Independent store i.e. Quality Foods, Super Valu store I have EVER visited in my almost 50 years of being in Food Retail management. The employees were super friendly recognizing and asking my wife and I if we were finding everything we needed. The variety here surpassed that of any big name food store and the prices were as good or better. Well worth the trip from any surrounding county. Keep up the good work! fpd

I have noticed someone giving reviews that gripe about something as simple as not being smiled at. Have you ever thought their life? That maybe they are in pain or sick..but they came to work anyway because we needed them to? Now I understand when it becomes ridiculous, but a quick thought of walking in their shoes for a few days and be a little more forgiving..as God asks you to be.

Love coming here! They usually have good prices on their meats and other items. When I go grocery shopping, they're always one of my main stops. Older, mom and pop type store but it's clean and the staff are always friendly.

We like shopping here for the deals. It's also close to home.

I shop here almost every other day and I can say, the selection of food is pretty vast and could possibly contend with walmart's variety. I ONLY go here for my meat, because the quality of their freshly packaged and cut meat is top notch, and puts any store near it to shame, and makes up for the fact that there is no dedicated deli. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and I recommend shopping there.

I love this store. Great prices on food and the meat prices are cheap. The people that works there, they're very friendly and take their time to listen and answer your questions. I love their country accents that they have. I shop there once a week and gonna keep going.

We grocery shop every Saturday and since deciding to shop here I look forward to going every Saturday! The prices are amazing and we save so much more money then we use to! The workers are so nice and so helpful! We are so amazed on how awesome the meat is and the awesome prices! We will always be shopping here!

Employees and prices exceptional. Meat is always the best price around. Miss our local Buford store. That was a tremendous blow to us. Don't get to shop at Quality that often anymore. Really miss our store.

Great prices on meats all the time. Sales and specials prices are even better. It's our go-to place when we ate getting ready for a cookout. Closed on Sundays and they don't sell alcohol, so if those items are on your list plan accordingly.

Just moved to Buford where there used to be a quality foods. But it shut down a few years back. Was in the area and stopped in. I wish it was still open. Great place to shop. I will be stopping in when I'm in Winder.
