5 stars for the pharmacy. The pharmacist Kelsey is amazing! She went above and beyond to get me my script filled after I experienced major issues with a different manufacturer and needed an urgent replacement. Really pleased with the service I was provided and I will continue to fill my scripts here because of her.

I don’t know why people leave bad reviews for them. I’m almost go there every week, manager and workers always welcome me and ask me if I need help. They are very friendly.

Great staff, great service and very nice people. The somewhat new manager of the pharmacy who is a woman is very professional and caring. I describe her because I forgot her name. I will edit this review when I go there today and learn her name. Ever since she took over things are running well.

in late March 2022, the night staff was excellent, especially the heavey-set male American sounding cashier with lite brown hair, & another cashier named Luis, another American sounding male, most probably from southwest France or northwest Spain..

Not sure why people are posting such negative things for this CVS on 73 Ave. I have Zero complaints. There's a button to press in various locations in the area of locked items for assistance. The employees are nice and helpful. I may wait 5 minutes if I need to speak to a pharmacist. Very Happy with this location of CVS. Been with them for years. Have everything I need . CVS you Rock !!! 👏👍👍😊

Some helpful workers but not always on the floor looking to help shoppers. Basically on your own. Of course they have locked displays but low inventory still the same. Seems like CVS as a whole is not helping to correct this at any stores. Was once an outstanding drug store to shop at. The pharmacy department needs to add cashiers and must get to helping customers much faster than they do. It's a turn off.

They are understaffed and overworked over there.

My most recent review (March 2023) praised some of the pharmacy’s delivery service and bumped the rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. I’m dropping the rating back down. They still take way too long to pick up the phone. I don’t know if there’s a legitimate reason or what, but my physician shouldn’t have to hang up after 15 minutes of waiting over the phone because she has to see another patient.

My original review (sometime in late 2022) gave this CVS 3 stars for (former, I hope) issues regarding accessibility to the pharmacy over the phone. I can (used to)wait up to 45 minutes with no response. However, my review has changed since then.

It may be under new management, as the phone gets picked up almost instantaneously with minimal waiting, they resolved a delivery issue (a mistake on my part, not theirs) where my sorry a** left the doorbell muted by accident. I missed the first delivery, and they sent someone back over to deliver my medication!

I hope this kind of quality service continues, CVS made my day. (As of February 2023)

Staff is overwhelmed and rarely at hello. Not good service whatsoever

WORST experience at their pharmacy EVER if there is negative stars to be given it would be a -1 ⭐! So disorganized and no logical pickup storage system. Every single time they have to hunt around the pharmacy to locate customer's prescriptions thus the long line and wait. The counter person doesn't help too by moving like molasses! Their favorite line when you go pick your prescriptions up from your doctor's visit is "we didn't get the prescription/s". One time I was given the run around after going there twice to pickup my prescription (was told being ordered and haven't arrive yet), the 3rd time I was told it is an OTC item and it is located at aisle blah blah blah!!!!!! I was told by the pharmacist one day that NY doesn't except Health First insurance anymore and have to change a different insurance policy!!! There are many other unpleasant experiences with this pharmacy!!! We are not limited as to where we can get our medicine and my friendly advice is STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!
