T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I had to come to this store to take the suspension off of my found lost phone. I was greeted at the door by Jayda. She was very helpful. She told me about promotions that T-Mobile was having and I decided to purchase trackers. She was very patient and explained them so this non tech person could understand. They had to be shipped so I'm not sure how the trackers work but I was surely satisfied with the level of customer service that I received from Jayda.

I just wanted to let you know that Sam at Newark shopping center T-Mobile is amazing. He could also be a therapist. He dealt with my craziness and he's just even Steven get a chance go there

Fantastic location. A small store with 2-3 hard working employees. They're so hard working and nice to be around that I didn't feel uncomfortable being in the store for over an hour when I switched from AT&T. Sales rep #****939 (I was so engaged I forgot to ask his name! Got this from my receipt!)was a extremely friendly and helpful person and helped secure me a fantastic deal for internet and mobile. Would definitely recommend this store in the future, they're very good at what they do and seem to care a lot about the consumer, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you for helping me and my dad out today!

Once again TMobile delivered an awesome experience. I am always blown away by the level of service and support I receive from T-Mobile representatives. The employees at the Newark, DE Shopping Ctr location continued this practice and went above and beyond. Sam patiently explained the different plans and promotions. He worked through my upgrade request and tailored a package that was perfect for my needs while maximizing the value. I started an on-line transaction but am happy I aborted and went into the store to work with knowledgeable and supportive staff on-site. Well done with continuing the hire customer focused associates.

Worked with Tom and Sam who went above and beyond to help me solve my phone issues. Both stayed past closing to ensure my new phone was properly set up and I had no more concerns.

T-Mobile staff is awesome. We were able to put together a perfect plan, new phones and a watch, for an affordable price. They explained how we could move away from Verizon, and gave us the help we needed to do it.
The 5G network is spotty, traveling North of Bangor Maine. We still had service to send our vacation pictures to family and friends.

My wife and I went to the T-Mobile store in Newark shopping center to switch our phone service to T- Mobile. We were assisted by Jada who was very nice, informative about the services and phones available. While we were there two other gentlemen came in and because Jada was the only person working, they became angry that it was taking so long. They were disruptive, rude and disrespectful toward her. She kindly asked them to leave the store and they became very angry.

Jada was the most professional and in control person I've ever witnessed in this type of heated situation. She did all that she could to satisfy everyone but was unable to meet the unreasonable expectations of these two gentlemen. Jada handled all of our needs with changing to T Mobile and getting setup with new service and phones in just under an hour even with all of the madness. She is a great customer service agent and needs to be recognized for her professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner of operating. I look forward to working with her in the future.

The customer service/sales associate was very kind and patient with me when I went to go get a new Sim card. Only took about 15-20 minutes from start to finish. I was a bit flustered because of dealing with a lost phone, but he walked me through the process and even explained some other questions I had while we were waiting.

This store is truly special! The managers Cassandra and Jeff spent a tremendous time helping me switch from sprint to t mobile and set up a family plan. They were super knowledgeable friendly and patient. The sale was executed through Jay. He was really a saint. Collectively this store and these people made an amazing impression and strengthened my decision to join the T-Mobile family. Bravo! I highly recommend this store because of these terrific people

Sam helped me today and let me just say he was AWESOME. He was so kind and helpful while explaining everything to me step by step while helping me with my phone upgrade. He took the time to compare numbers and prices to show me my options. He also showed me step by step how to access different things within the phone to make my life easier. He made upgrading phones a breeze. I didn’t get the name of the other man working with him today, but they both gave off such a great vibe. I will only be going to this TMobile store location from here on out, after my awesome experience today. Great customer service.

Very knowledgeable staff (Sam)! We visited other TM locations, but this location was the best!!!

Above and beyond customer service. I cracked my phone screen and it had water damage, you couldn't see half of the screen. I use a passcode for everything! I couldn't access my bank account or email. The screen would not turn on and for a split second it did. Keep in mind half of the screen is not visible and you can only use the stylus pen to maneuver through the phone. The insurance will be sending me a new phone but in the meanwhile Sam thought of different alternatives for me to access the information on my phone. He meticulously installed the wearable app with only being able to see half of the phone just so that I would be able to pair the Samsung watch to my phone to be able to access my email and receive passcodes for work. Thank you! I really appreciate it.

The store staff really cares about you and your needs. I am so happy with them for what they did for me and I want to give a big shout out to that T-Mobile family, manager and Jaquanda for helping me. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer and you will be my got to store for now on. You rock!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jada T at the T-Mobile in the Newark Shopping Center, Newark, DE. We had an incredibly complex problem opening/porting our phone numbers and she spent over 3 hours with us sorting out the problem. The problem was not with T-Mobile, but with the company that held our phone numbers. At the same time she was helping us, she managed to assist a newer employee who was helping other clients. She had incredible knowledge of the product and the patience of a saint. Thank you Jada, you were truly amazing.

My experience with the t-mobile store and employees in the newark shopping center today was an absolute pleasure. Bruce, the manager, went out of his way to help me and my daughter. If I could rate him and the store with more than five stars I would give him 10 stars. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. All the employees followed his example and were very helpful. At one point we had three people working with us. I would highly recommend this store for all your t mobile needs.

Thanks to Sam for the excellent service with transferring our 2 cell lines to T-Mobile! We arrived shortly before he was scheduled to leave but he stayed to complete all that was needed without handing us over to another associate! We didn’t feel rushed the entire time and kudos on ensuring a smooth transition, esp with the phone activations. Added thanks to Mgr Cassandra for her assistance.

Bruce from the T-Mobile East Main Street store is the absolute best and it was such a pleasure working with him. I recently lost my phone and didn't have any real money to pay for another one. He hooked me up with a phone and my own account and got me back talking again. It was such a blessing and he was very knowledgeable and he was fast. I talked with him over the phone and he told he told me what he could do and when I came in the store he did just that.

I had a great experience at the T-mobile store today. I stopped by because my phone was not sending text messages. I quickly found out that there was no problem with my account, so there was nothing for T-Mobile to fix. However, Bruce worked on checking settings and trying different things until he got me messaging again by installing a new messaging app. Many thanks for excellent customer service!
