Awesome place to find cooking and baking supplies. It has all sort of products for baking, like: different kinds of flours, food coloring, food flavors, chocolate. If you need something for cooking, there’s a high chance you could find it here.

This place is a chefs DREAM. Any spice or seasoning you can think of they have. Absolutely astounding selection and great prices. If you ever thought "I just can't find this seasoning anywhere", go here. A must stop for any chef or baker for that matter as they have an incredible bakers selection as well

This was my first order with Niblack Foods. I ordered some salt free, unseasoned meat tenderizer which was hard to find elsewhere. It arrived quickly with good communication and professionalism. I will order again.

Great selection of various flavor extracts that I use with my sodastream. Also, several types of chocolate melting wafers in 1 lb and 10 lb sizes. Much better than at Joannes. And of course all kinds of spices !

They have a good selection of spices (sweet, savory, spucy, African, Middle Eastern, Lantin American- I didn't see any Asian spices), coffee, sprinkles, sugar, flour, honey, etc. at good prices.

I’m so glad I found this place years ago. I was purchasing cake flour by the box and it was getting very expensive. Niblack sells cake flour 6lb for $7.50 which it use to be $6.50 pre Covid. The store is always clean and well organized.
Also, if you want to try different flours this is the place to visit.

My husband lived on Cttage astreet. His mom worked at Niblacks on the corner of Cottage and Magnolia.

Amazing selection and knowledgeable staff. Took a friend there that didn’t know we had such a wonderful store in the Rochester area. She originally lived in a more metropolitan area, and was thrilled to find that we have this little gem sitting right in Rochester!

All the spices you'll ever want and some you've never thought of. The best assortment of hot sauces around .You won't regret stopping by. They are also at the Public Market in Rochester on Saturdays

The store just keeps growing and growing. They really do have most of anything you might need ingredient-wise for any of the recipes you want to make. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and if you are looking for something in particular that they don't sell at the moment they will do their best to try to get that item in there at some point. And I think that's part of the reason why they had to move from their old location is because they are just trying to make sure that they have all their bases covered for everything the home cook would need.

Always leave with some fantastic additional flavor I never knew I needed! Earlier this summer, their Corn on the Cob seasoning was life changing! I have always enjoyed sprinkling some little additional taste on my corn; from garlic powder to simply salt and black pepper. But their mix changed my life... so fantastic! It is also great on roasted vegetables of all types. Also, their Eight or Twelve Grain Cereals are a wonderful alternative to boring ol'oatmeal.

They have everything for cooking and baking, every spice/herb you could ever want.

I am obsessed with the Bed and Breakfast seasoning. I use it on everything. I always find amazing things to try and haven't found something we didn't like.

Mind blown by their offering. Went looking for died ghost peppers, they had it along with ground ghost pepper (handle with care!) and many more spices, dried food of all sorts and many types of specialty items. They also carry spice mixes like barbocoa and sharwma mix.

Wonderful little spice shop. I always walk out with more than I expect to. It's one of the only stores I actually feel better after going into. The whole place is organized alphabetically, with multiple sizes for most products. Friendly staff and a huge selection. I'd recommend it, even if you're not actually looking to buy any spices. It's just a really nice experience.
