I ordered on line. Got a great price. I had been looking everywhere and the microwave was $20 cheaper at BB. It came the day I was told. Walked in and got in line. In less than 15 minutes from the time I started I was loaded and on my way. It was so fast I did not get my sales person's name. I am sorry. He was deserves kudos!!! Purchased a new laptop and requested data be transferred from my old laptop to the new one. Request was carried out expediently by friendly in-store Geek Squad members. Setting appointments for Geek Squad services helps customers get waited on swiftly.

So we went on a busy Sunday morning for breakfast. The wait was very good for the time of day. The service and our server was great. I had the breakfast sandwich special and my daughter had an omelette. Both had wonderful flavor and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Will definitely go back on another visit to Rochester.

Picked up a 65-inch tv, and the gentleman was very helpful. We were in and out fast. Loading was easy and they helped. Recommended (i shop sales only here usually) for your electronics needs

I purchased a cell phone for my son and will definitely be going there for all future cell phone and electronics needs. This was after having one of my worst experiences at Verizon. From your greeter at the door (Thursday night), to the two employees Jesse and Andrew on Friday, I was treated with such care and respect. They did not try to sell me a $800 phone like Verizon. They recommended a phone, with all the features my son would need, at a great price. They also were able to download all his contacts etc., from his broken phone, to the new phone.(Verizon said that was impossible because the old phone would not turn on). Andrew then set up all the screens and apps. So the phone was all set to use. I deffinetly will be back!

I purchased a Samsung galaxy phone while at Best Buy, and the worker helped me to transfer all of my everything to my new phone. When I had questions about the phone, and returned to the store, the workers helped to operate the phone. I would definitely return to Best Buy

I always get what I need very quickly and the staff are always willing to locate whatever items I am asking for. I really appreciate the amazing customer service. The store is also neat and tidy.

I purchased a laptop 3 weeks ago. It developed a pop up problem. I was out of town and unable to solve the problem for my wife over the phone. She took it to Best Buy and customer service and Geek Squad worked together to resolve the problem. There was no charge for their service even though they could've. Thank you Best Buy Customer service for your friendly and very helpful service.

Just two days ago I was so frustrated with Best Buy that I genuinely was never going to shop there again, but when I went in to this location to deal with my issue, the workers Mitchell and Pablo were so beyond helpful, kind, and considerate that my opinion has changed completely. If I knew I'd always get help like what they provided, I would buy from Best Buy exclusively!

Excellent shopping experience. Also, you can recycle certain electronic equipment at Best Buy, which is very convenient. Also, look for discounts online: they had an offer where I got a discount on a new router when I brought in an old one to recycle.

This is the second location I looked for my possible new smartwatch; checking in at the front of the store assisted in getting an associate to address your questions, concerns, and the like;
I was able to get a better than anticipated device along with a added surprise 🫢

They did an excellent service and quickly managed to dwindle the rising customers coming into the closing minutes of the store. Thank you for the entire team and especially the cashier assisting me and manager!

Shopping at best buy is good for me they have the things I need when it comes to repairing my laptop.

Got a new TV before black Friday for 599$ it went on sale for 549$ and they refunded me the difference love the new tv and wall mount!!

I used the curbside pickup for an online order. I didn't have to wait more than 8 minutes or so start to finish so that was great. They even loaded it into my car for me which was awesome.
