AT&T Store

I have had 2 amazing experiences at this store because of Felicia. She has been more than patient with my elderly mother and aunt while they have upgraded their phones. She went above and beyond with both of them explaining things to them in a way they could understand. She is an asset to AT&T and I will never go anywhere else.

I visited the AT&T store on Jefferson Rd Henrietta yesterday. I went in the store with several problems with my phone and in a matter of minutes Felisha solved my problems and I am a happy AT&T customer once again. Felisha was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with my senior citizen questions. I was so impressed I asked to speak to her supervisor so they knew Felisha did a wonderful job. Her supervisor was also pleasant and quite polite. It was nice to know that these two people truly care about their jobs!

The store rep we went to today was an awesome guy. His name is Charles H. Great guy that really helped us with our phones. Very smart and knowledgeable guy who took care of us. Charles is a great asset to your company. His customer service skills are great and he has a great personality.He even opened the door for us when we were leaving. Very impressed with this young man. Your company is very lucky to have him as an employee. The world needs more people like him.

I received prompt service. Very honest and professional. Helped me to choose the correct phone and iPad that suited my needs. Answered all of my questions and gave helpful suggestions. Very pleased with the service and would recommend others to do business with the store.

Are att representatives Michael Rudgers was the most helpful person I ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made my expierence a million times better! Give that man a raise.

Felecia at the Jefferson location was so incredibly helpful. She fixed the problem in less than 3 minutes. Two other store and 3 hours on the phone could not. She was a gem !

I wish to commend Charles at this ATT&T store. I went in with a phone that had two troublesome problems which made me think I would have to get a new phone. He was able to diagnose and correct the most troublesome problem first and then reassure me that the second one was only a temporary one that was now okay. I will definitely call upon him if any other problems occur.

I will add that this all was done in a very professional and yet friendly way.

Could not be happier with my most recent experience! They turned a "sky is falling" scenario into a painless one. Another store told me because I had forgotten my PIN that they could not help me. They were able to reset it and help me order a new phone (my recent one was stolen).

Tim was awesome helping me with my iPad data plan.

We had a WONDERFUL experience at this AT&T store with our sales rep, Ryan! He was incredibly helpful in sharing all of his knowledge with us. He waited patiently as we discussed different options and didn't pressure us at all. Very appreciative towards him and would highly recommend to anyone!!

Not sure that I’ve ever even taken the time to leave a review on anything but I had such a good experience here that I felt I needed to. Switching to a new carrier is always a pain and even though it took a while Ryan patiently helped us through it even when we were unprepared with some of our information. He knew exactly the questions to ask to get us a really good discount and new phones all while checking other customers in and making sure no one in the store was neglected. We are very pleased with Ryan’s service, patience, and knowledge.

We have been AT&T customers for 22 years. I had the best experience at the store with Trel. I can't say enough about Trel and how professional and knowledgeable he is. His patience and determination in resolving my issue when transferring my service over to FirstNet was very impressive. I am grateful to know superb customer service is a priority at this store and Trel is a great asset to their team!

I highly recommend AT&T on Jefferson rd. In Henrietta. We stopped there one night to see what they had to offer. We were greeted by Ryan. We ( me, my wife and one of the kids) started throwing questions at him right from the start. He politely and HONESTLY answered them without hesitation. He immediately started working on an account for us. (7 new lines and phones!) Ryan spent the next couple hours working on getting lines transferred, new phones activated and answering the ENDLESS questions we had. (We we’re not prepared) He found lots of deals and discounts that saved us a ton of $$! We were very impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable Ryan was! We greatly appreciate his help, courtesy, technical knowledge and ability to make such a complicated transaction so smooth and pleasant!

I had an issue with a phone recently and decided to stop in to get it checked out. A gentlemen by the name of Tim helped me. He was swamped with people and extremely busy, multitasking. He took time out if his busy schedule to sit me down and address my needs. He was able to not only help me with the issue it hand buy gave me superb service. Time...ATT is blessed.to have you work there! Keep up the good work!
