Always a good experience here. Helpful staff. I've always had great customer service. Quality of items is great...much better than some competitors. Also, a good selection, both casual and more dressy. Also, returns and exchanges have never been a problem and I've also ordered in store to have delivered at home.

Great clothes and amazing staff. My husband has been at Strong hospital the past few days, and I've been staying with friends nearby. Wearing the same clothes for days . I got to the store just before closing and the wonderful lady working stayed open so I could have clean clothes to wear to the hospital tomorrow. One of the best experience I had shopping

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I needed a pair of pants quickly for an event, and post COVID I had put on a fair bit of weight. Having shopped here in the past, I was used to the store (when I was younger, I was 430lbs but had lost a lot since). In the ten or so years, the store has gotten much more modern and the selection is quite nice. The price point can be a bit high, but having clothes that FIT is amazing. For the shirts I was looking for XLT and that is the smaller end of the spectrum (I'm 6'1" and wider so I have a hard time finding shirts that fit me), so the selection wasn't as extensive but I was also told that we can order online for anything I may need that they didn't have in store and it is shipped right to my door.

The store manager, Vanessa, was really knowledgeable about everything. I was shopping around for a tapered cut since most bigger pants tend to be a bit baggy in the leg for my liking, and while there weren't many options in store she was able to point me right to them and I was able to find a pair I needed. I shopped around a bit more, and any question I asked she pointed me right where I needed to go, and even let me know if something would be boxy or baggy on me just by looking at me which was quite helpful!

Overall pleasant experience, especially when you normally feel left out of other stores when they won't have a size you want or the shirts are too short etc. I'll certainly be back!

Haven't been here in years, place looks great, the staff was super friendly and the gentleman that worked with me helped me out with exactly what I needed. I'll be a returning customer for sure!

The store was beautiful and inviting. The sales associate was marvelous. I really want to visit every week. It’s a relief my 2XL shirts were not “slim fits” like I find in other stores. My only complaint was one of the shirts I wanted to bring home was out of stock in the color I wanted. But hey, no biggie. They’re shipping it to me and it’s already on the way having shopped just yesterday. Great store!

I was in town for a funeral and needed a whole new outfit. Jamie gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and helped me pick out an outfit that suited me perfectly, (no pun intended).
