It is closer to a 4.5 however they are always nice to me. They only sell to professionals so they will ask if you have a license. They carry olaplex, moraccan oil hair and bath. Paul Mitchell, OPI and many more. I buy my Gigi waxing supplies here too. Sherry the manager always smiles
