First time doing passport photos here. Kristian is super super friendly and helpful on guiding the steps, using the computers and format and cut the photos!! Much appreciated for the help!!

As someone who grew up in LIC prior to gentrification, I was beyond thrilled to finally see a Walgreens within a reasonable walking distance from home! They seem to have just opened the week of 11/13/22 which means they aren’t fully stocked just yet. However, they do have majority of the essentials necessary such as beauty, menstrual care, pet needs, over-the-counter medicine, and snacks! Clean store with friendly employees who routinely round the store asking if you need any assistance!

Poor staff have no control of the store. I feel bad for the employees they need tighter security I was there for a solid 15 minutes saw two thieves walk out with merchandise. Everyone complaining why everything’s locked and everything is bare it’s all the theft. They need better security and this might help resolve their other issues.

Look at customers weird. Wear bathrobes. Need to learn to smile and do customer service.

Chronically understaffed with characteristically empty shelves. I have no idea why this Walgreens is so bad. The staff are very nice.

unfortunately not stocked or staffed, so if there is something stocked that you want, and it’s locked up like most things, you probably won’t be able to get it anyway. hopefully things will improve as it’s so newly opened.

It was my first time walking into this store and will most likely be the last time as well. This specific Walgreens location made my partner and I extremely uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was due to our appearance or if the security guard was just racist but we felt racially discriminated towards because the bald security guard kept following us around every aisle we walked to. We took notice of it immediately due to his constant staring and when other customers walked into the store, he didn’t follow them at all, which gave us another reason that put us in an uncomfortable position. He wasn’t even slick about it either. He would literally walk towards us but then act like he’s looking for something just to follow us in the next aisle. I asked for a manager which didn’t help because they had no actual manager on duty.

Pharmacy staff is rude. Security measures are to just lock everything up and have bare shelves (which doesn’t stop thieves… I see homeless etc. stealing in there all the time) instead of hiring security.

worst pharmacy ever. Never stocked. Understaffed. Staff does not know where things are. Things are perpetually locked. Unsure what the value this store brings to the community.

Made an appointment for a COVID vaccine days in advance, got a confirmation and a reminder the day before. Went in the pouring rain at the appointed time, Sign on Pharmacy window: No walk ins for covid vaccines. Another sign: NO MORE COVID VACCINE: MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT. So one would think they would plan to have enough for their appointments, not the case. Asked Pharmacist what's up, she said ran out in the AM. I asked why no notification to those with confirmed appointments so seniors don't have to travel in the bad weather. She said she was the only one working and couldn't do that. Great Service.
Advise all to call before leaving for your appointment to confirm they can actually give you what you made an appoint for.
And probably find another location as this one definitely has a bad service vibe about it.

I’ve come to this store multiple times and each time I come in either the line is super long or the staff has an attitude the cashier today as I was awaiting photos yells out my ENTIRE government name to everyone in the store so unprofessional and my photo quality on my items absolutely sucked I won’t be frequenting this location.

I think I finally understand this place. It's not a store, it's a museum. Everything is locked behind plastic display cases and nobody is ever around to open them, so all you can do is stare at the products.

website does not match services offered. walked over after making appt for vaccine, told me straight up they do not offer the services. must not be a real walgreens.
