Very nice customer service and the best thing is their discounts specially if you signed up using your email, there’s always promotions and very good deals

This spot is becoming a favorite of mine. My wife always sends me to buy hand soap and air freshners, but I am loving the place. The smell of their products is awesome. Go when they have sales, can´t beat it.

I randomly came in this store for men's lotion and end up spending over 100.00 lol. A Spanish lady by the name jenie along with another black women helped me with everything. Their customer service was wonderful like every bath&body works store should be! They need to be in leadership!

Always love coming here. All the workers are super friendly, especially Tiffani I think her name was. She was super helpful in being attentive to my needs & other customers. Went looking for a specific hand sanitizer. Unfortunately they didn't have anymore in stock, but Tiffani gave AMAZING recommendations & alternatives. Definitely going to come back to this specific location when I need to restock!

Staffs are really welcoming and polite.
They don’t bother you, and just give you the quite shopping environment. Anytime you need help, they are really happy to help you out.

They always have the latest item in stock so every time you want to buy the latest item. Thats the place to go.

All the sales associated were nice and incredibly helpful with my issue of exchanging something I bought online for something in the store when I already owned practically the whole store. I finally found something I didn't own and im thrilled.

slightly small bath and body works but the selection was still there and the service was really good. Everyone is very friendly and helpful :)

Staff is so courteous and extremely helpful during the one day candle sale today! I bought 16 three wick candles and the staff was quick to assist me in carrying my items to the register. One staff member even made sure I had a coupon to use on top of what was taken off for the sale. This is the best Bath and Body Works location to shop at!!

Very small Bath and Body works, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that their selection is huge. They are always updating their selection on time with seasonal changes and the staff is constantly ready to help with with any and all of your needs.

However, I can see how some people might not like that. Having the feeling of a temporary personal shopping assistant is part of the charm of Bath and Body works though.

Just wish they had more standalone locations because I think they’re too big for malls these days.

A lot of candles sell out almost within the first hour of opening on days that sales happen such as Candle Day. While the store is still fantastic for buying these products, I recommend they keep a bit of overstock on whatever scented candles are to be on sale so more people can buy them without having to wake up at the crack of dawn.

Expensive 😭, though there are a few "buy 3 get 3 for free" type of deals going on.. but I feel the prices were higher then last time I went. Oh well, still going g to buy stuff bc I do love them

My wife loves this store so it's one of my go-to places when it's time to buy gifts. The employees are always very nice and helpful.

Jhasmine was so helpful and such a delight. She helped me pick out a bunch of soaps everyone here is so attentive thank you so much will definitely be returning :)

The sales women was the greatest..she has red hair and a wonderful personality!!! She made my daughter and I feel welcome and appreciated!!!!

Everyone was very helpful, it was not overly crowded and check out was fast and easy. The store is very clean and sanitized well

Went in during Candle day sale and it was structured and organized. Got what I went in for. Customer Service was GREAT.

As you walk in the staff greets you and offers you assistance. The sales are pretty good and we buy a bunch of nice items for Christmas presents here.

Well stocked, helpful but prices are really high. If u wait a few months prices lower as they have too much stock

I like the products and the Stef is nice but I don't like they asking me to much
