Anila was so helpful, when I had trouble with my coupons at the kiosk. I was buying fall decor to surprise my 86 year old Mom. She escorted me to a register and assisted me with my coupons. Nayeema gave some pointers too. I am so happy with the teamwork and the customer service at CVS, Sunnyside NY. Thank you

very conveniently open 24hrs, they've definitely been a lifesaver for me dozens of times. Staff is always helpful but, sometimes the Southeast Asian/Indian/Pakistani workers seem to be suspicious of me as a Black person, sometimes the men give a weird energy..... but so far I've never had a major problem

Shahla, the team member, went above and beyond to help me out. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help and wants a great shopping experience.

Great ! I was having trouble with the self checkout and payment but this lovely patient employee came to help. I was scared of approaching them as pharmacy employees are typically nasty but she had such a welcoming smile and reassured me that It wasn’t my fault and we could fix this. Her name was Urme and she was really helpful !

The staff is always helpful in finding items and suggesting others when things aren’t available. This is my neighborhood CVS and I’m always greeted with a smile.

The pharmacy consultant/associate during the morning hours of 4/24 was so informative and understood my needs and was very helpful. I’m addition URME assisted me on my purchase the same day. Overall great staff.

Such excellent service I received on Friday, August 18, 2023. Vrme Khandaker, went the extra mile to help me accomplish my needs. I have come into your store many times and Vrme has helped each time. She is an asset to your business. Actually eveyone has been very helpful.

This CVS I went shopping was the in Manhattan. But this particular CVS was different. It also was actually like a supermarket!😀 And Yes I've ENJOYED SHOPPING in there!😃As for me, I just went to buy some cleaning products, that I (Overlooked), because I was buying me some Werther's Carmen hard candies. 🍬🍬 I've should've bought me some water 💧💦 to drink, because I was heading towards Central Park &, the was beautiful & very warm which I ended up feeling thirsty. Anyway, CVS was a VERY COOL store for me, plus the employees were VERY NICE & FRIENDLY (which I at Least expected.) And I think some of the merchandise prices was quite reasonable. (I forget.)😳😀😃👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾😉♥💙

Went to CVS today. The store was well-stocked and well-organized. I had a question concerning the use of coupons and applying discounts. Farzana, a team member at the store, was very patient and capable. She was able to apply all the coupons/discounts at the time of purchase and saved me a lot of money. Farzana made eye contact and was very engaging, which is welcomed nowadays. Enjoyable experience at CVS, thanks to Farzana.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Store was well stocked. An employee was available to help with an issue at self check out. The store layout isn't the best. A big problem is that there is one line for check out. In my opinion it is a fire hazard. The line to check out backs up into the isle. If there was an emergency and you were in the back of the store, you don't have a clear path to exit. There should be one line for self checkout. The machines should be clearly marked with which types of transactions can be done. There should be one line for paying with the cashier. They could line up along the counter. Put items out that would be an impulse buy. (Bed Bath and Beyond gets me every time.) For everyone's safety please consider how customers line up to pay.

This review only applies to my shopping experience between 11pm and 7am(it's open 24/7)- night time crew here is absolutely the best! Outstanding customer service- all the guys are pleasant to communicate with and very helpful. They go out of their way to find you an item you looking for or right size/color etc . Check out process is quick and if you have any coupons these guys patiently, without any attitude will help you to scan all of it!

I went to cvs to get aleve. It works out for the times I go I should be a member for 5 dollars a month. It turns out the aleve was 1.10 after the membership discount. Farzana ( i hope I spelled it right ) was friendly, informative and kind. Thank you !!’

At the pharmacy with Joelle the pharmacist and she has gone above and beyond to ensure that I received my medication. Joelle stayed late in the pharmacy just to make sure that I received my medication. Absolute angel that genuinely cares about her patients.

This CVS store is clean. The things you want are easy to find. The store is well organize and the staff is friendly.

everyone nice... but need to change store manager ABM Rahman. he was rude to his employee . once he was addressing them by calling '"useless, stupid".
