We just purchased a TV from Best Buy...what a great experience!!! Hunter was our expert and is an amazing and knowledgeable young man. He made us comfortable, informed us of our options, sold us on a better product than we came in for...and even put it in our auto. Thank you Hunter!! We will go back to Best Buy again and again. If only for the excellent experience we just had.

Best Buy is still at the top of my list for places to purchase computers, gaming consoles and phones. It's easy to shop in store, online for delivery or in store pickup. Five stars for service and Preorders.

I am writing this review specifically for my experiences with Meta staff Will, working over there, he is absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable about the Meta Quest3 and VR technology in general. I am engineer myself, Will’s depth of knowledge on VR technology and down to earth humble attitude and tireless enthusiasm in helping customers is absolutely top notch and very rare to find anywhere. This made my Quest 3 shopping very much satisfied. I appreciate that Best Buy Tualatin store having Will over there helping customers, even though he work for Meta, it is absolutely a very happy shopping experience.

Went to replace a microwave that died after just 4 years. The store layout is a bit cramped and confusing, but I think that's mainly due to ramping up for Black Friday. Otherwise it was clean, well lit, and the employees that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Currently there is a fantastic Curbside Pickup system that is in place as an option.
Rain or shine they bring it out to you!

What’s really nice is to be able to discuss products, etc. with their extremely helpful and friendly staff.

It’s very conveniently located in Nyberg Woods so it’s very easy to get to from the freeway.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had some return, purchase and pre-order complications that were handled very nicely by Edwin and the store manager Augie.

Friendly and helpful. The tech Jacob. who came out to put up our TV was fantastic--polite, friendly, helpful and smart. He worked hard to make sure our TV worked to our satisfaction .

This was simply one of the best, easiest transactions I have ever experienced. The most important thing to consider when buying electronics is: your lack of experience with a product and their knowledge of it! While I did need the monitor, I also needed a device to connect my KB&Mouse to it AND my puny iPad. Let's face it, folks! That screen is only 11" and REALLY does a number on your vision after only 30 minutes or so. Since Apple and Windows are not (yet) cross-compatable, the device is just what was needed. The fellow who assisted me was very knowledgeable of it, how it interfaced, and what its limitations were. That it is mainly a Belkin device, which isn't that highly known, but its quality is underrated. Its price point, however, led me to believe it must be made of unobtainaium and I didn't purchase it. Now I know, dear reader, I recently posted about how brick and mortar stores really appreciate your business, however, Best Buy is not always the "best buy", as I saved nearly £30 (American) by ordering it online and the darned thing was on my porch when I arrived home only 6 hours later. But for expertise, product knowledge, friendliness, courtesy, and yes! Cleanliness, this was a great experience!!

Not all Best Buys are alike. They all have different employees that will give you different experiences. This particular store seems to have a great management team who teaches a certain culture that puts the customer's time and expectations high on their priority. It's nice.

They help and take care of mishaps that may even be the customers fault.

Their return team are helpful and answer any questions you may need. Trust this store as one of the great Best Buys in the area.

I looked up some printer models online so that I wouldn't be going in blind. Turns out I totally didn't need to worry about it this time. They had a great sale going on and the employee who helped us had more knowledge on the products than I'd ever expect an employee to have! He was super helpful and friendly and gave us a thorough rundown of our options. The cashier was also incredibly kind and personable. The shelves were a little empty in some sections such as drone accessories and switch games/ accessories, but we still got everything we came in for and that could easily have been due to the time and day we chose to come in. All in all, very pleased. Oh, and they have my favorite Rap Snacks chips on the impulse rack by checkout!

We bought a new computer and phone from this best buy days ago and we were helped by a friendly knowledgeable staff member within 5 minutes of being there. They had great recommendations and helped us pick out the best computer and phone for us. We were in and out within 40 minutes and that is saying alot because the last 3 phones i have purchased in the past took forever. The store was clean and fully staffed. I have no complaints. I'll be back for all my electronic needs.

Shopping for washer dryer combos. The store had a great selection and varying price rangers. Luckily we were able to take advantage of memorial day prices. Staff was patient and very informative

The staff of Best Buy were very helpful and polite. The parking lot was full as it was black Friday sale. They helped me order a new cell phone, but don't carry Otterbox phone cases for that model. They had visible security on duty at the door to help people make good decisions. Which was appreciated in the Portland Oregon metro area due to high crime rates.

Very friendly and patient staff! Good selection, it was very nice to see and try tablets before making a purchase.

Okay so I use to go to my local Best Buy as I am a Physical Media guy for movies and what not. But the Salem location doesn't care about Physical anymore as most of what they have is thrown out of order and messed up on one wall.

This location for the review I will go to again for my content.

Staff and store manager at this location are so kind and helpful. They were able to find and print an itemized receipt for an iPad I purchased in March of last year so that I could extend my warranty through my credit card company. Having this receipt made my claim go through quickly and was so happy to have been able to get it so easily.

I shopped several online sites for a soundbar, Best Buy had it at a competitive price and was available for pickup the very same day.
