The Boot Barn in Tualatin provided us with exceptional customer service. Answering all questions, educating us on manufacture and their process. They stayed open a half hour after closing to be sure we were completely satisfied with our high end purchases! I Highly recommend taking all your business to that location. The manager and his staff were very knowledgeable!

My husband brought a pair of steel-toed boots that were tagged and displayed for 79.99. When the cashier scanned it, the price changed to 184.00. Justin came up front and told the cashier to give us the price guarantee and sold us the boots for the displayed price. A job well done as a manger!

Tualatin store you rock. My son had a defective pair of Ariats. The associate helping him was extremely helpful and settled the transaction. There was nothing in the store to exchange with defective pair so he refunded it on a gift card and I re-bought the new pair on line this morning. Couldn't have asked for more. Great products and selection for a guy that needs to work hard and the prices are better than other places. Staff is nice and ready to help. Great place to shop. I've been an Eddie Bauer shopper for a long time. As Eddie Bauer reduces quality and increases prices Boot Barn is now my go to for better quality and better pricing.

Holidays are hectic and I don’t doubt stores get busier than normal. I can’t stress enough how well store manager Savannah S. handled my stressful online order issue. It was a busy night when I walked in and she already had another manager issue to tend too but she communicated with her staff, delegated duties and even gave me a few follow up calls to ensure I was taken care of properly. Online order has been resolved, my package comes before Christmas but what impressed me the most is how well she listened and validated my concerns. Thank you for keeping it calm and collected when I know holiday seasons are everything but that!! You have a costumer for life now!!

Was on the hunt for a bolo tie and could Not Find One! Needed it for a Halloween costume. Luckily, Boot Barn had recently opened up. I walked in and Autumn greeted me with a warm smile and excited to help me out. She guided me to their large selection of Bolo Ties and found exactly what I needed. There are bolo ties for men and women and a Huge selection of cowboy boots. Check them out!

Everything is good quality, and they have amazing customer service! I just have one complaint, they don't seem to have enough plus sizes.

We came in for women’s boots but we’re sad to learn that they only had one pair of size 5.5 boots in the whole place. My husband found a new pair of work boots in no time so that made him really happy. They told me to just go online because they had a much bigger selection of small women’s sizes there. They were right and I found a super cute pair in no time, I got them in two days and so it really was no big deal. We will be back for sure!!

We arrived shortly before closing and the staff was attentive and helpful even when they were locking up. They made sure we had everything we wanted and never made us feel rushed. Allanah helped my husband pick out the perfect hat and made sure it was exactly the way he wanted it. Having her help us was a joy. This was a lovely example of superior service and I thank her for the best customer experience ever!

Service is always great when we’ve gone in. They are very helpful when looking for a particular item or give you advice on what your looking for . All the staff welcomes you and genuine good place to shop . The only downside which the employees can’t fix is the lagging on the registers when checking items but that’s not a big deal just sucks because it accumulates longer lines.

I've had a difficult time finding boots that fit my wide feet. I'm not sure what these other reviews say about not having a particular size. I've shopped all around Portland for boots that fit.

It's why I was surprised I immediately found a pair that fit and feel good shortly after walking in the door.

The Staff were amazing! They spent A LOT of time helping me get all the discounts I could get.

The prices are fair and considering everything else in Portland I've found, I wish I would've stop here first!
