The staff were very helpful and not pushy! I did not end up purchasing shoes but I was informed of my arches, walking/running pattern, etc. Based on the results they also suggested shoes that would be appropriate for me. I can now do my research on the shoes and decide what will work best for me. I wish I would have stopped by this store years ago.

Amir, I Love my new shoes. I know my feet will be much happier. Thanks for all the help in picking the best shoe to go with a swollen broken toe/foot.! Amir is so helpful and offers a few variations. I even got a new shirt. Style in 2024 thanks to Amir. Even got to use my discount. Ask for Amir when shopping in Tualatin. Amir, be there in the spring/ summer when all the cool colors come out. Friendly, helpful, amazing!!

Wow! Fantastic customer service! Your staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It has changed how we shop for shoes! The family VIP membership allowed us to replace a pair of expensive shoes for one of my teen triplets when part of the heal separated. It also gives me peace of mind that we are getting the correct shoes for each member of our family!

Super fantastic experience. I am a VIP member and it’s such a great program, totally worth it. Their inventory is great and someone is always there to help and guide you. I have ran three marathons in the past and always get my shoes here. Now that I have teens I also shop here for them. Shout out to Devon who is an excellent team member and helped us in our most recent purchase.

Super staff, tremendous facility, my feet final feel good....nope scratch that. They feel great. I walk over 100,000 steps a week. My claud hoppers haven't felt this good in a long time.

I was recommended this store by a coworker. The experience was amazing! Not only did they take me through the entire fitting process, but they EXPLAINED everything along the way. I was shown how my tendons moved in the backs of my legs and how my feet actually have two different arches. The custom fitted insoles were wonderful and we found just the right shoe to put them in. The intense pain in my feet started to melt away not even an hour after putting on my new shoes and insoles. What an amazing experience!! Thank you to Josh for helping me find the right fit!

Best place to buy shoes and athletic gear. Fast and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love my new shoes and my Goodr sunglasses! Oh and my new socks help against blisters.

I worked with Amir to get fitted with shoes and insoles….. it was a great experience. I’ll be headed to Road Runner Sports next time I need running shoes, and hopefully I’ll work with Amir again. The guy was a 10.

My doctor told me about Roadrunner store to help me get the right shoe to help reducing my foot pain. I was impressed by their service, specifically Sheldon who patiently spent time explaining everything, doing measurements, scanning and all the necessary steps to find me the right shoe and make me an insole. I am going back for my next shoe also to get insole. Thank you!

Ahhhhmazing!!!! The staff is super knowledgeable, fun and relaxed. This is no regular shoe/athletic store... they scan your feet, ask you questions about your activities, watch you walk, create custom mold orthotics for your feet, and recommend great shoe options for your foot! All for around $200! My back and hips feel amazing and my shoes are super cute! I brought my husband back the same day and he also loved it!!!

As a first time customer, I was more than impressed! The super friendly and knowledgeable staff member made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I wasn’t rushed at all and walked many laps around the store with so many different shoes to choose from! I would highly recommend it to anyone and will be returning too!

Great location and the employees are helpful, not pushy, and willing to grab one more size or style. I highly recommend going through the fit finder process as it's very worthwhile - I had no idea that I had a high arch and needed inserts!

Sarita was amazing! She spent time explaining why Rob was having so much foot pain. It made so much sense. The process of fitting him for appropriate shoes was so thorough. She was able to zero in on why he has so much pain on his right foot. We bought 2 pairs of shoes and 2 supports along with some compression socks. His feet did not bother him the rest of the day. Will go back for a fitting for me. Thank you!

One of the supervisors, Josh, made the experience for me. Incredibly knowledgeable, comes from a significant shoe design background, and was very patient as I determined which brand/pair worked best for me.

Lindsey gave me an awesome shoe fitting experience this afternoon!

After running 8 miles in the Adidas Ultra Boost (which I got from Adidas discount store a week ago) my toes started to blister and I was ready to take them off during my 10 miles runs. I decided to finally get my feet measured and Lindsey did a great job. She was prompt, led me through the different machines, and picked out a great selection of foot ware. She was also personable and someone quickly I knew wanted the best for me. I came in wanting what was going to be best for my feet and didn't feel like she was trying to get over in any way which made me feel comfortable.

Found out I'm a 10.5D and 10.5E...I've always worn narrow shoes growing up and just had uncomfortable shoes. No more. The shoes she picked out feel comfortable and I can't wait to get my first run in them. With the membership plan I can also bring them back if they don't work out and find a different pair. That definitely gives me peace of mind.

Side note, I was able to go into their fitting room and try on sports bras. Just coming out of COVID, this was a relief because ever store hasn't had their clothing rooms open. It just made my experience at Road Runner that much more enjoyable.
