I just wanted to commend John with helping me out when I lost my phone in the backseat of an Uber and was so stressed out about needing a new phone and not knowing what to do. He was patient, professional, knew exactly how to help and was happy to help and kind. He even helped me with a smooth return once I found my lost phone the next day! He couldn't have been more understanding and kind and patient. John and the North Reading store is the only place I will go with my cellular phone needs :) Thank you SO MUCH John! - Erin

Our experience at Verizon was honestly the best customer service we have received. John was exceptional. He was able to multi task multiple customers with outstanding interpersonal skills. He made it a fun experience while being very knowledgeable . Great management skills. My phone broke on vacation and he was able to get my phone up and running and transferred quickly for the amount of customers that were there . It was easily one of the easiest phone purchases I’ve had.

I came down late, right around 6, on a Saturday (Sept 9). It was the fourth verzion store I went to that day and absolutely the best and easiest. Great customer service, great attitude and I definitely plan on making it my go to store unless the guy that works there goes elsewhere.

Excellent customer service! Not only was he patient with me helping me find a new phone, but he stayed late moving all my info over to my new phone without so much as a word-and I had over 14,000 pics along with videos and texted messages. My father passed away this past year and I was stressed at the thought of losing anything. He took the time to let me go through my old phone after and make sure all was correct. Treated me like I was the only person he had to take care of, even when I was stressed I was taking up too much time. That kind of patience, friendliness and dedication to making each customer feel important is what will keep me going back and recommending this store tp everyone, even though I live over 1/2 hour away.

Been here twice now Both times was helped by John Regan I've had Verizon and Apple phones for 15 years and this store along with Mr Regan have been the best experience by far First visit I bought a new phone Upgraded And it took less then 20 min He was very helpful and it's obvious he cares about making his customers happy Second time was transferring my sons old phone to mine I had just upgraded from He remembered us and transferred everything within minutes It's becoming rarer and rarer to get good customer service these days I will not go to any other Verizon store as long as he's working there And the place was spotless Very clean and organized I'll also add we got there 5 min before they were even supposed to be open and lights were on Door unlocked and he was all set up waiting for customers I never leave reviews but he deserves it Very fast and friendly service like I said best Verizon store and service I've had in over 15 years Thanks again John R. The customer service at this store is the top notch! I truly appreciate the no pressure sales tactics. We worked with Sandro today and he was honest and friendly. He took the time to try to and transfer contacts from my husbands dead phone, and although he had no luck, I appreciate taking the time to try everything he could think of. This is the only place I would take my business. We have also worked with Jake as well, and have wonderful experiences with both!

Jake truly made our experience exceptional! After some less than acceptable customer service at another location, we had pretty low expectations…but it’s 2021 so you need a phone.
Jake was personable, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the products. We are only going to this location from now on!

I was dealing with Verizon wireless tech services and online support for 3 weeks straight. I talked to about 15 different people. Jake was the most considerate and helpful person I worked with. He was literally the only person that helped me. He was straight forward and actually cared. I went here after the Reading Verizon turned me away with no one in their store. I will never go back and stick with Jake!

Had a great experience with Sandro last week. He was awesome! This is after a nightmare experience at a Wilmington location, where I was lied to, brushed off and just provide horrific customer service. Then Sandro came and saved the day!!! Professional, honest, and a pleasure to speak to. I truly experienced what professional customer service is with Sandro and would never step in the other location again. Thanks Sandro, keep up the good work!

John did an excellent job answering my questions and switching to a new phone. He also went above and beyond to help me remove unwanted services.

I had a great experience at this north reading location! I went in there without high expectations as I have been going to the andover location for years where the service is rather mediocre. But Jake came right out of the back room, quickly assessed my needs price/ability wise, and even came back out for the back with a much better phone then the one I had been looking at! And was so polite accommodating and knowledgeable, and also didn't mind having a bit of small talk while we waited for authorization from the account owner. All in all it was a very happy experience and I will most definitely be going there from now on.

I was treated very respectfully and all of my questions were answered. Jake was attentive to everything that I needed and patient taking me step by step. He explained very carefully what it each fee would be on my itemized new bill. I have had him recommended and I’m glad that I followed up on this.

Needed a new phone quick and they were great at getting what I needed. I have been using this location since it opened. The owner of the store even stayed after closing time to complete the transfer of my phone. Don’t go anywhere else to get a new phone!

I’m not sure where to start! My day was very busy as usual but, I needed to do a few transactions with Verizon. I decided to stop in to upgrade my phone, add a line, and check out my better plan options. Jake was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me decide which iPhone to choose, he helped me add a line for one of my children. He also helped with my plan!
Jake explained EVERYTHING to me! He acted like I was his only client which was not the case.
When I finally completed my transactions he helped me to set up future transactions which will be to upgrade my two other kids phones. Thank you for an amazing job Jake! I look forward to many more transactions with you! You deserve 10 stars!!

I always go to this Verizon store because they are so helpful and always remedy my issue quickly!! This visit I purchased a new phone and John couldn’t have been more helpful!! He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable!! This place is a hidden gem👍

I went to Verizon phone store in North Reading Ma . concerning several cell phone issues.
The person working there Jake , could not have been more helpful.
His vast knowledge of cell phones
and how they work, made the situation so fluid and easy. I thanked him while I was there, and I want to thank him again.
