Starbucks

Very little sitting and standing room. Waiting for your coffee at the counter can get crowded and sardine-like. GREAT barista talent though. Lattes are always on point. Coffee is always brewed correctly. I know the manager at this location is picky about being a good quality location. I'm all for that pickyness because it seems to be working. LOTS OF ELECTRICAL OUTLETS!

The staff at this location is by far the best compared to any Starbucks I’ve been to! (I go daily and switch up the location a lot, for reference). Every person I’ve ever interacted with is super friendly and always remember my order even after not coming in for awhile! My drink is always made quickly in addition to the pleasant customer service which makes every visit here a 10/10 :)

Great drinks even though they're pricey. The barista's all seemed friendly and efficient. Waited about seven minutes for four drinks. I will probably return, although the store was a little dirty and disorganized.

They are always very kind and making sure the store is clean and safe for customers. They always get my order right and make it awesome! One of my favorite locations to, and always make me feel welcomed when coming in the store :)

They do an excellent job of guiding choices for custom framing while still listening to the customer's preferences. All work is guaranteed forever for any reason. Love their work!

I've been to many different Starbucks. Although Starbucks serves the same product throughout the chain North Andover MA store is a cut above when it comes to customer service. Mel, Eva, Andrew, Tim, Shauna, Shavon, Steffy, Cam, Nolan, Anude, Andre,Blake, Brooke, Dave, Katie, Bridgett, Andrew, Mia, Evan, Dylan. Currently with the ever changing staff, influx of new trainees, and some difficulty with customers ( Customers are rude) they still give 110% and they should be recognized for it!!

Fast service and friendly staff. Orders are always made to perfection! My go to coffee shop!

No drive thru but typically tends to be a less busy location compared to some of the other locations "nearby".

I just love it there the passion tea is to die for it is a cozy little coffee shop over the phone they were very helpful the worker Joseph was vey helpful he told me every thing I needed to know they have lots of caffeine free tea they always have the tea bags I like best place ever

It is a good location for a grab and go coffee. Not much room for seating. Not great for doing school work.
