Third different Nero restaurant.
Same excellent pastries and sandwiches as other Nero's.
Turkey croissant is my go to fav.
Again, no condiments provided, bring your own mustard mayonnaise. It keeps the costs down. Lots of coffee drinks available. Paid parking next door.

What a prize it is! As a sweet treat, I had a slice of lemon cake that is not shown in the picture, along with an avocado and salmon toast, and an oatmilk latte. Everything was wonderful, but the atmosphere is where it really shines. The rustic shelves that are beautiful in every way, especially because they are lined with gorgeous bound books. Will without a doubt be coming back.

Great service, with attention to detail on coffee drinks. They can be a bit overwhelmed during Cars and Coffee in the adjacent lot, but they are pretty remarkable at moving the line along.

Such a gem. Got avocado and salmon toast, an oatmilk latte and a slice of lemon cake (not pictured) as a sweet treat. All were delicious but the real star is the ambiance. The rustic shelves lined with gorgeous bound books is perfection. Will definitely return.

Fantastic brew! The gentleman in glasses that works here every morning is always so kind and helpful. He seems to like his job much, as evidenced by the constant grin on his face. I really enjoy my time here.

Wow, first and most important, the cold brew tastes amazing. Second, the staff was super friendly and energetic. Ha, Possibly because the drink a lot of coffee? Great place to get some work done.

Great coffe and danish. Atmosphere is warm and cosy. Service was a bit slow but not a real issue if you have time. Worth the detour if you are looking for an alternative to Starbucks.

I'm so sad that I'm only in town visiting, because this is the cafe of my dreams. The decor is practically out of an interior design magazine, a great selection of pastries of both the rare & staple variety, breakfast sandwiches and cold ready-to-go drinks for those in a rush, stoneware mugs when you're itching to sit down and stay a while for a Wi-Fi session (and not waste paper), COUCHES & ARMCHAIRS EVERYWHERE, very roomy and a few small booths, and above all, great espresso.

If you're looking for a nice cozy place to get work done and have a nice warm drink, then boy do I have the place for you!

I was having a stressful day but as soon as I walked in I felt the calm and relaxing vibes of this place. The staff was welcoming and the food and drinks were delicious. This is a fantastic place to go read or finish a bit of office work you may have or to simply seat and enjoy a heart warming cup of coffee.

Excellent coffee, good prices, much better than Starbucks. Comfortable environment, cozy, and welcoming. Highly recommended for coffee lovers!

Amazing coffee. Absolutely delightful coffee shop and coffee with a great, relaxing atmosphere. The line moves extra slow but the coffee is worth it... Likely that was first made evident by the ever present line. I didn't sample any of the food or dessert but it looked wonderful.

Pricing for coffee is extremely reasonable. I wouldn't say 'cheap' but it's definitely less than Starbucks.

As a heads-up... Their sign inside said "nitro cold brew based on availability"... that was proven to be false. They do not carry nitro cold brew.

This place is a gem. Discovered it on my most recent visit to Andover when I was looking for "Stubs" (down the street) alternative. Man, what a treasure. Amazing frittata and the sandwiches look fabulous. Best part was the fresh out of the oven pastries and the barista, who patiently answered all my coffee and food questions so I could track my macros. 💪

Lovely rustic atmosphere with old leather bound books, a little fireplace, old chairs and couches, and hot coffee.

First time visiting and enjoyed it. Very nice ambiance.

I Love the decoration and atmosphere here. It's a nice place to hang out with friends. I don’t drink coffee, but I always order either some hot tea or a cookie or a combination of the two. They were alright and the treats were pricey in my opinion. It can be a little pricey compared to some of the other local cafes but the atmosphere makes it worth it.

Great coffee! The gentleman with glasses who is always working in the morning is extremely pleasant every day that i come in! he always has a smile on his face and seems very happy to work there! I like this place a lot!

Best coffee shop in the Andover's from a cleanliness and atmosphere perspective. I'm not a big coffee drinker so I can't speak to that. The space is amazing...Lots of tables, floor to ceiling bookshelves and a fire place with comfortable chairs around it. I'm here on a Tuesday morning so it's not very crowded but not empty. Great for doing some work or reading.

Great place to relax. Coffee was delicious. Prices are decent and the staff is helpful.
