Panera Bread

Cashier, cooks, and manager were extremely helpful and friendly and were very patient with me after getting a part of my order wrong. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but they nearly refused to NOT give me a refund for my wrong order— very kind! I come here on a regular basis and the staff and food are always on point. Great experience!

I ordered a breakfast bagel and it was super delicious! Everyone was super friendly and the girl at the cashier was very nice about answering our questions about the menu. My only complaint was no hot sauce :(

Only stopped by for a quick coffee and multigrain bagel on way back north from a meeting. Fast service, clean and welcoming atmosphere with friendly help. Plenty of parking and dinning area.

This location has a pleasant upscale dinning area. This adds to your experience.

Not sure about the negative reviews here, but lord oh my the service at this place has been upgraded so much in the past year or so. Food is standard Panera fare but it’s pretty good. The staff is really nice!

Clean, someone was cleaning the entire time we ate there. Freshly redone by the looks of it, and such great service. Fast and fresh food, all was tasty. Go too while on the road.

With the order ahead option it is very easy to purchase your meals and pick up relatively fast. Parking can be a bit of a hassle as there are usually a lot of people in that plaza. Customer service is top notch and greet you as soon as they’re available (if there is a line and you’re just standing on the side waiting for your to-go order). For those who are dining in the place is clean and well spaced.

So, Panera no longer has their own drivers, but uses Door Dash. I ordered a salad and it was supposed to be delivered by 12:58. I called at 1:15 and spoke with the manager, who was very nice and he told me he spoke with the driver and my food would be delivered within the next 3-5 minutes. Of course it was not, and I called and spoke with the manager again. He apologized profusely and said he was making my order again fresh and would have one of his employees deliver it to me. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never have delivery from them again, but will certainly eat there again.

I usually dine at Panera Bread when I do not wish to be disturbed by a waiter. I also enjoy the fact that you can stay as long as you want. You can study, read a book, or simply bring your laptop to do work.

Although this place is constantly hustling and bustling. It's a great environment everyone is always friendly. Service is always amazing & everyone is kind. Had an issue and multiple managers stepped in to correct it & fixed the issue without any hassle. Definitely recommended this Panera

This place has been invaluable to me these recent months, having free wifi and a friendly atmosphere in the midst of a personally difficult time. On many occasions now employees have gone the extra step for me. The food is ready like lightning and people are always, always cleaning. They work hard.

This is one of the better Panera locations. They will make custom revisions for dietary needs, which is so important and is so very much appreciated. The same items ordered at other places often seem to be made better and more thoughtfully here. And even after lots of questions they are still kind and helpful. Big thank you to the management for good training and thank you to all the staff for making great food and being so helpful!!

A place I visit frequently. Overall great food, service and cleanliness. Definitely recommend this place.

This Panera Bread is very well organized. The assistant manager at this Panera Bread is extremely proficient at her duties. Her name is Paula, as l know of her. She is courteous , intelligent , and is well liked by her colleagues ,and customers . She is a huge asset to the Panera corporation. She is well versed in all her responsibilities as assistant manager at the 58 peters street location in North Andover, Mass. The food and atmosphere at this store is a perfect 10 in my book. Well done Paula.

As always a great experience. Good coffee and bagel. Credit to the staff esp the managers who help out in all aspects of running the establishment. Everybody is very friendly.
