Everything is clear and sorted. Is providing all the services required for a user. Greeted well before and after finishing my service. Packaging covers are bit costly.

They were very helpful each time I called over the phone. It’s the type of customer service you’d want your business to have. Cause they didn’t just answer my questions, they gave me solutions, helped me figure out what was going on. It was very quick and efficient too. I didn’t have to wait on the phone any. But if I waited and got the same good service, id be happy. Thanks bc I had several issues with receiving my package, and getting a fake scam text about one of them.

I was there to return my amazon package. I didn’t seal the package as I ran out of tape. The UPS employee can refuse my package if they want, instead advised me not to repeat this next time and were very polite.

Currently inside waiting for my fax to go through. There was a line to the door and less than 5 minutes later I was being helped. The customer service is friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Well, I live 70 miles from this UPS store, so I called before I came in order that I didn't leave anything back home I needed to bring to the store. Their phone system needs work as I never got though (they did eventually called me back a couple hours later). But I took a chance and came to the store anyway. Fortunately I had everything I needed. The manager, McKenzie, greeted me as I came in, was very helpful, friendly and professional. She made a suggestion that saved me some money. Very fast, efficient service! She made this experience top notch.

Wonderful place! Very friendly employees and the owner. I went there to use a notary service and the procedure went quick and very affordable ($6). Also, I order to print a few brochures from them, and they turned out professionally and high quality. It's truly great to be able to do printing and notary at the shipping store. Also, they are very quick with your needs, so you won't be staying in long lines like at the Usps stores. I trust this location with all my printing, shipping and notary needs. Keep up the good work!

I have been working with this UPS Store for the last Year in a professional manner. They are always very helpful and take care of what I need. The owner even helped me bring a large number of laptops to the store for shipping in his personnel vechical. I couldn't ask for better service.

Great, convenient location. I use them for all my shipping needs. They’re very quick and helpful. Today I accidentally took a return package there that was supposed to go through FedEx. They told me where I should go to drop it off and the manager, Field, taped up the box for me, placed my label on the package and then gave me a coupon for printing needs.

I have been using this store for almost 15 years. The experience at this unit is exemplary ! I appreciate great customer service . The contacts at the unit represent UPS in a way that speaks volumes of how UPS selects great people to represent their brand. I will be a loyal customer thanks to this unit and their great service .

This place is one of my most visited places. They are pretty quick and getting you what you need and are very helpful in helping you get information. I have a box here as well and have for years due to the service even though there are several more that are closer to home. Prices seem to keep going up a bit on the boxes but it's worth it to know they will have your package safe and secure.

The one hispanic lady that has been there for a while is great for the business. She remembers me and my box number, will grab my package before I even get the chance to ask and provides great customer service. My wife and I both agree that she makes this place worth going to.

Best thing about this place is that it is close to just about anything. Walmart, fast food, dillons, dry cleaners, supplement shop, gas station, best buy and plenty of other places. Always good to know that I can stop and grab some groceries for the house after I get my mail or packages. If you need a great reliable place to get your packages, ship your stuff or just hold your mail, head here. You wont be disappointed.

Muhammad was a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond with my auction shipping needs. Communication was on point. I would not hesitate to use again and very appreciative.

Needed to make some copies for a Medical appeal and wanted to make sure they stayed in order and done correctly. The owner help set up the copier for me and let me take my time to do it right. Thanks for the excellent service. I will be back.

They do more than just shipping they have P.O. boxes. Plus the service is fast and the employees are so nice. I love going to this specific UPS store!

I can walk in drop off my package and be out in a few minutes. I like to be able to walk in and be out easily.

Great place and customer service. We do commercial work for our company and daily shipping without a hitch.
