I have had T mobile March of this year and I’m loving it. The plan I have is awesome and I never go over because it’s unlimited. The guy who started my plan and who sold the service and phone to me and my son was really nice and very professional and made us feel welcome and whenever we go in there he always helps us. I can’t remember his name but he is a young Hispanic man whose hair is usually platted . They need more customer service people in the industry like him. The service of t mobile is good my calls never drop and nothing ever lags. I’m very satisfied

Came in with a phone on the blink, not certain how much at risk I was in losing content. Fortunately with Zach's help and cloud backup I was OK. Went ahead and took him up on a sale offer to upgrade, as Zach had been great on a previous casual shopping visit of mine when he showed me upgrade options for down the road. I decided today was the time so I went with the XR and love it. Never missed the home button once. And the larger screen is nice. Plus, the price is 1/2 right now. But the service was the best part. Zach was helpful all the way through. Wish the process wasn't so involved but I respect the steps and it helped that Zach told me where we were out, throughout. My wife decided to switch from AT&T and get the XR. Zach came in early on Saturday to accommodate her schedule. Thank you sir!

The guys at T- mobile fixed my problems with no hassles. The consultant even advised me that I had extra credit on my account, which was a surprise.

Austin did an amazing job with us today! We came in to get a new phone for grandad and another line, and Austin spent good quality time with us answering all of our questions and setting up our new Apple phone. Could not be more pleased and we highly recommend T-Mobile as a service and Austin as a service agent. Great job! A+

Absolute best experience we've had. Austin went out of his way to get my husband set up with a new phone and get his information transferred to a new operating system. He was all around helpful and personable, made the experience really easy!

I went to this store to pick up a phone for my son, we had ordered one and was sent the wrong one, so customer care sent me to another location first, which refused to help me, so I called customer care back and they directed me to this North Rock location. I spoke to the manager on the phone and then in person..very nice and polite man, extremely helpful. I had the best experience that I have ever had in a Sprint store. Andrew Montano was my consultant and he did a great job, he answered all my questions and treated me like he really care. My son and I will now do all of our business at this location, even though is happens to be the farthest from our home.

Got right in and had such great friendly help from the t mobile associates. Got everything I needed without hassles and confusion! Actually was shown and helped to save money then what inwas trying to do and was shown my way would be pricey compared to the way they could set what I wanted up. I am very much appreciated of this.

Ian is a very polite and patient employee, he helped us with understanding everything and also to get a very good deal in trade-in...We really appreciate his work with us!! Also, Christine the manager was so nice!! They have a good customer service..

I went into Sprint to completely change phone plans for my family and get all new phones. Andrew Montano assisted me with everything I needed help with. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell me everything I needed to know. He had the right answers to all of my questions and was able to help me make the 4 phone transition smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful while I was in the store. Andrew even stayed almost an hour late to assist me with everything I needed and get my new phones taken care of. I am saving a lot of money with Sprint and I am very happy with this stores customer service. Especially Andrew's! I will be coming to this store with any issues I may have. I will always ask for Andrew, and I am passing his name along to everyone I know!

Adrian and his manager were helpful despite the store closing shortly after I got there. Despite the fact that Sprint Retentions did not leave good notes for the deal that I was supposed to get, they did their best to make it right. Was my most enjoyable interaction with Sprint in a long time. Thanks guys.

I will only go to the store on Rock Rd from now on. Alec and Sam were awesome to work with. They both went out of their way to help us. We were upgrading our phones and they did the best to give us the best deal they could - even stayed late to make sure we got what we needed. Ask for Alec or Sam for really good service!

Its a sprint store what else can I say? Lol . But the full service store was cool to be able to walk in and do insurance and get screen fixed instead of waiting and sending it off. They also told me if it was gonna take days or whatever that they'd give me a loaner phone 2 use, Which is not normal with phone carriers. But it only took them 3 hours to have my screen fixed! And the customer service was great thank u much appreciated

After having multiple horrible experiences with the Derby Sprint, this location is AMAZING! The team is so understanding and willing to go the extra mile, shout-out to Christine and honestly the whole team (I wish I had taken everyone's name!). I will be driving the extra miles just for the extra care they put into their customer service.

Great customer service. However, the wait was exhausting. The employees handled themselves amazingly and Sydney is a doll!

Just leaving the store after having the MOST amazing experience. Your guy, Andrew Montano is nothing short of extraordinary-went well above and beyond the call of duty Thai afternoon. I've always loved Sprint-been a customer for 5 years- and love that I can come in now and ask for Andrew. Passing his name along to all my friends. Thank you for hiring nothing but the best.

This place always seems to be super busy, but we still received great customer service. Our new iphones arrived at this Sprint store today and we are switching over from AT&T (just across the street) because they treated us terribly.
Looking forward to a better relationship with Sprint!

Went in and talked with Adrian, by the way who is amazing. Not only help me with my new phone but also helped with setting up my email and was very detailed and patient with me and my wife. If you don't have Sprint now go see Adrian soon. Can't miss the gentle giant with a big smile.

We went to this Sprint store because the mic on my son's phone wasn't working. Joe - Lead Technician - took the phone, found the problem and had it fixed for us in less than 2 hours. He was very responsive and took care of our problem. We are very appreciative!

After a mess and a repersentive (that no longer works there) that never apparently listened to me... Had me ready to threw my phone in river!! I had the pleasure of meeting a young man name David at the same store.... He went over and above any and all limits in customer service... I was ready to give up but he spent hours cleaning or clearing up a total mix up and helping me with the whole mix up... But, now I'm loving my iPhone 6!! Thanks Ida also for taking time to help me select the perfect plan! Great people Andrew also! Thank You!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
