Viva Supermarket

Viva Supermarket exceeded my expectations with its wide selection of fresh produce, friendly staff, and clean environment. The aisles were well-organized, making it easy to find everything on my shopping list. I especially appreciated the competitive prices and the variety of international products available. Overall, a great shopping experience.

Probably the best prices for chicken I've seen around Rancho. Great prices on seasonings as well! Produce looks good, prices are competitive, and for some produce its actually a better price here.

Very kind staff, and there's a western Union inside. Fairly good deals on products and items. You won't be dissapointed shopping here. I love the food court and meat selections here and the way the meat staff will explain certain meats to you and how to cook them and give great meal suggestions and ideas. They make the meat shopping experience personal and i love that. Really shows that they care. Keep up the great work Viva Rancho Cordova 😊

The Rancho Cordova area, I always make my way to Viva Supermarket! This store is always organized and it's very inviting to shop.. I always support the hot food area, To get fresh made pork tamales!! They are very tasty 😋

Love Viva! Norwood and Folsom Blvd produce are fresh and are at great prices. They have a variety of fresh meats and deli for all occasions. Don't miss out on their bakery!

Prices are a little higher than where you would normally shop. But it is clean, the staff are always helpful and smiling and polite. It's perfect if you don't want to drive far... close to home and they have perfect fajitas pre marinated for the nights you do not want to slave away in the kitchen.

Super great store. Has wonderful Hispanic bakery, great meat selection,and lots of f other features. It Carrie's items that bigger stores don't,like beans from other cuisines.

Has really fresh fruit and offers take out or dine in Chinese, Mexican foods and a smoothie bar. Prices are fair and staff helpful. Try them, you'll love it.

They had what I needed. Store was nice and clean.

Went in and ordered their fish plate. So good! It came with refried beans, rice, salsa that was sprinkled over some of the fish, and tortillas wrapped up in foil and everything was nice and warm. I will go back to order again!!!

First visit to Viva today! Very clean, good prices, friendly people. Wonderful bakery! They have every kind of fresh salsa you could want. Very nice selection of Mexican food dishes!

I really enjoyed visiting this store and can safely stay that I will definitely be a regular shopper. They have a great selection of fruits and vegetables. There is also a deli with great options. They do not make sandwiches for you but have great salads that are premade and other yummy food that you can put in the microwave for a quick bite. This store recently opened so I honestly hope they keep up the good work. Management is very helpful and willing to help.

I always go in there to get really fresh meat from the butcher the meat is rockin that's why I always go there

Viva Supermarket is a really neat place. They have a food court. You can buy meals at the food court and eat on tables in the building. The food court is to the right of the building. How you enter and exit the building I would recommend eating first then go shopping. The super burrito that i bought was big I loved it. They also sell a bunch of different mexican breads and pastries that are very delicious. On the back wall of this market they have a variety of meats to buy by the pound. I want to try their seasoned chicken one of these days. They have mexican cola in a really big bottle for a good price. There are a variety of different items available to buy at this store that come from mexico. This supermarket is definitely going to be one of my regulars.

'20/12 1st review, but customer handful of times over the years:
-- While 5 Star (as store has not specifically created a reason to deduct a star), this business is no high end Bel Air either. It took over an old Raley's doing very little to the dingy, tired condition. The floors and check out stands look the worst--like they've been ridden hard since the 70's.
-- Decent selection in all departments with many Hispanic food choices.
-- Staff is nice and personable.
-- Plenty of cashiers makes for pleasantly quick checkout.
-- Good propane tank swap price--a buck or so better than Lowes even.
-- Old school, coin operated child's merry-go-round (2 horses & 1 goat on the single carousel) and a single horse in front of the store (see pics.) are an enjoyable 70's type throw back. Both cost 50 cents, and play a song--carousel circus music, & horse "High Ho Silver."

I love their produce and meat!

So impressed with this market. It is clean, well arranged, people are friendly and the prices great. Their fresh fruit and vegetables are beautiful. They have an in store bakery and a very nice food court. I recommend their burritos...so delicious. I will be going here to shop as well as Winco groceries.
