Our team replaced our HVAC units, installed a tankless water heater, and did a loose fill insulation through our entire attic for a super awesome price. My electrician picked this company to quote us for a new water heater. And although we didn’t end up going with the new water heater, I was impressed with their excellent communication, so we used them for a different job. I was able to get a quote and get the job scheduled in a two day time frame. They just finished installing a water line to my new fridge, and while they were here they were able to resolve two other minor issues (a hair clogged drain & resealing a tube under a sink). Excellent customer service from the office staff and technicians. I now have a go to plumbing company!

Elk Grove Plumbing is our new go to when a plumber is needed. I contacted them on a Sunday at 8:00am and even though their schedule was full for that day, Lupe showed up at our house by 8:30am. Great company, this is my second time using them. Had Zack the first time, wonderful job on clearing out drain and this time had Joe for gas line repair and toilet installation. We have used EG Plumbing & Drain for a variety of services over the last year, and every single time I am more impressed with their responsiveness, friendliness, and quality of work. Their prices are great too. We've always been able to get someone out within a day or so, and any issues are promptly fixed. We have had at least 4 or 5 technicians come for services over time and all of them have been so nice. Today, Joe came out to address a tankless water heater issue we were having and he did a great job and provided some helpful tips for the future. Unexpected home issues can be stressful and we've had a lot going on making our lives a bit hectic lately, so I am so thankful for the quick response and friendly attitude - it made my day! I have no hesitations recommending this company for any service and they'll continue to be my first place to call in the future!

I had a rental in Elk Grove. tenant reported toilet leak. My property manager sent out 2 outfits to look at the problem. Pref Plumbing's tech suggested replacing the flange and the drain pipe because they were defective. The estimate was $2800, that is not including the foundation and flooring repair! The other company wanted $1000 to replace the flange, wax ring. I told my property manager I will find a plumber myself. I called Elk Grove. The front office was very courteous and professional. They sent James out to look at the problem. He removed the toilet and found small roots growth around the flange. He pulled them out as much as he could and installed new wax ring for $250. I really appreciate people or companies with honest culture and service.

My family/household had a very terrible experience with another plumbing compact just prior, but service this time with Elk Grove Plumbing absolutely made up for our prior troubles elsewhere. As recent first time homebuyers, I and my partner do not have extensive expertise on all issues that may arise, but service here helped us a great deal along the lines of early plumbing issues, maintenance requirements (as we were given tips), and what to look out for - this remains a positive experience.

Elk Grove Plumbing replaced my leaking water heater. Plus, they replaced all the corroded pipes and got my old noncompliant vent, etc. up to code, as i had requested. They were professional, efficient, and quick AND they saved me $1000 compared to the competitor's estimate. That even included upgrading to a larger capacity water heater! I am completely satisfied, and I'm confident in recommending them to help you solve your water heater issues.

Joe F was not only prompt, he was also friendly, insightful and quick. He diagnosed the problem quickly after a few questions and was able to clear the line quickly. Not bad for an old Army guy.

John called and asked if he could come early, much appreciated, he showed up with his partner to replace a leaking valve in the wall. They had to cut a hole in the drywall to fix the repair. He explained everything that was going on, cut the pipes, replaced the valve and was done in about 30 minutes. Very polite and professional. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. Thanks guys!
