Carlos and Franz were absolutely excellent! They were very helpful, informative, and most of all, reasonable. I had multiple dealers provide offers for the same car, and the competition wasn't even close. Could not recommend Carlos, Franz, and the Elk Grove team more!

The dealer Khan Ho is nice and patient to customer. He do the all best to answer our question and help us to get the good deal on the price of the car. Before I drove my new car out of the dealership, Khan showed me how to operate some of the car's systems and button. He also cleaned the car for me and took a picture of us together. He reply to me message quickly when I have any question after I buy the car. Overall, the car buying experience was very pleasant because I met a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and understanding, and he helped me find the perfect car for my needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Kenny is excellent! He went above and beyond to make sure all my work was done in a timely manner as well as ensuring every department had correct information so I was not over charged. He talked with sales to make sure they had the most up to date warranties so I wouldn’t have to worry about it in the future. He truly is the definition of Nissan excellence.

The technician got me in right away. I decided to wait around for my car repair to be completed. I was told my car would be ready in 90 minutes but to my surprise, it only took 20 minutes! I was very pleased.

My Nissan representative Stephen was efficient and friendly. He took the time to explain the vehicle I was interested in and answer my questions. I had also interacted with Rob and Grant and they were very helpful as well. Car dealers have a reputation for hard selling but I have consistently found Nissan of Elk Grove to be easy and pleasant to deal with, transparent, and not at all pushy. It’s my second car from them and both experiences have been really pleasant.

I brought in my truck for a 5,000 mile routine maintenance and the experience was quick and easy. There was minimal wait time, the technician was courteous and explained what was to be performed on my vehicle in detail and he gave me an estimated time when it would be finished and he was right on time. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Phil met me at vehicle, like we were old friends. He explained everything every step of the way, and immediately took the worry out of entire ordeal; making it what it was, a general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle and it's life. I came in to my appointment time and met with Brandon my advisor from the previous trip. Explained what has been going on since the last time we spoke and he acknowledged that this was not sustainable or right and we needed to get it figured out whatever was going on. Brandon helped me secure the rental car at no charge to me under my EW and kept the car overnight to see if they could figure it out. after leaving it overnight, they were able to finally determine the issue was the battery as it finally tested negative. Luckily I had the Everstart insurance so the battery was covered and it wouldn't cost me anything. Because i felt confident in the service being provided to me, I also had them complete multiple services that needed to be completed to get my car up to date on required maintenance Brandon is and has always been a great advisor. Every time I've come in and worked with him, he is caring, thoughtful and makes me feel like he understands the frustration, and that any decisions will be carefully considered depending on cost. I spoke to a manager when I picked up my car and expressed my gratitude to him re: the job Brandon has done and he strongly urged me to leave a review when I received the email. I'm very thankful for Brandon and the Elk Grove Nissan team. I live 80 plus miles away from Elk Grove and there are 3 Nissan dealerships between me and Elk Grove but I continue to bring my service there, because of things like this. I have bought 2 cars from here, referred two other people and will most likely purchase my next car here. Service matters, people matter, and these guys understand that.

Excellent customer service, from the welcome reception to sales, and parts department. Mr. Mossa and Mr. Mahoney worked diligently to satisfy our needs. However, the service department needs to be more familiar with some features on vehicles. For instance, the Nissan Ariya Evolve+ e4orce is equipped with an ambient lighting strip, but does not work on this trim. They tried to figure out how to activate the lighting, but couldn't. Found out this feature is only available on certain trim level such as the Platinum. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience at Nissan of Elk Grove. Thank you!

We just bought a Nissan within the last couple weeks. I somehow managed to hit a curb and detach the gravel guard underneath the car.
From my very first call to Nissan in Elk Grove, I received exceptional customer service. My experience from the initial call, to driving up, to the service desk, to the lobby, to checking out and even walking to my car was outstanding.
Every interaction, I felt listened to, empathy and trusted the team to find a solution. Everyone had an inviting tone, body language willingness to help and it seemed very genuine. The staff takes time to notice who walks in, made great eye contact and didn't wait for me to initiate my concern! The lobby area and service desk area are very clean, one tiny piece of feedback replace the fountain drinks so they are carbonated lol. I would even say the level of transparency by being able to look out the large window at your car being repaired created peace of mind. This level of Service is hard to come by these days.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They offered a test drive which was helpful in my decision of purchasing the vehicle. Our sales representative Carlos was helpful in discussing all our options and answering our questions. Our finance representative Hassam also clearly explained our paperwork and answered any questions we had.
