McDonald's Rancho Cordova

Water is a weird thing to praise a place on, but I feel like the water from a soda fountain indicates how well the fountain and water are maintained. If the fountain has a filter, and if it’s a clean filter. The water from here today was fabulous! Maybe I was thirsty, but it tasted really good! I think I drank more than my recommended 8 cups in a day! I couldn’t stop drinking the water!
The bathrooms, another thing to watch, were very clean. The tables in the restaurant could’ve used a quick wipe down, but I don’t know what happened right before I came in, so I can’t judge those. They were helpful when I needed sweetener for my coffee, and to help me with my app (which I never use) to place an order. I’ll be back, since I love the nuggets. Always have, always will.

It's McDonald's, so the food is the same, but here my order is always right! Staff is friendly and always takes an extra moment for the grandkids to say hi! We just go through the drive thru, but the staff at both windows are always kind and helpful.

This was the best meal I've had at a McDonald's in a very long time. It was my first visit to this location, but I will return soon! I had the Quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and a coke. The burger and fries were both hot and fresh - and, needless to say, very delicious. The drive-through window Server was very nice, as well. A great experience and a very tasty lunch! Recommended.

Great customer service easy access ♿ and mobile app is great 👍 when ordering in advance atmosphere is good 💯 never had a problem only during rush hours

Prices are up in bigger cities, quality is down, it is the new America. I paid over 40$ for 3 kids meals, Big Mack sandwich only and two McChicken sandwich only...

The staff has it down! This place gets crazy busy but they just keep rolling with it. Purple further or just aren't aware of the pressures we face in the restaurant industry. It takes thick skin, focus and drive. Live of the art can be the only thing pulling you through some days. These guys get it! Thanks for your hard work, keep it up. 💯

They have a lot of sitting areas you could sit have your snack lunch breakfast dinner and they got to clean rest room you could use and need basically you could eat outside

MacDonald have improved over the years. My favorite drink is sweet tea. Nothing can beat the tea combined with McChicken

This had to be the best McDonald's I've been to and I'm not joking when i say it. The dining area was as clean as you could get it with the staff being very respectful and helpful. I never been treated so nicely in a McDonald's till I ate at this one. The food comes out in a timely matter with my order always being correct as they have yet to forget parts of my order or mess up the order somehow. I highly recommend eating inside as you get some cold A/C inside for these hot days which makes the place that much more comfortable. If you're on the go then drive thru is another great choice as the workers has been very nice and even have one there that is always in the best mood which rubs off on you. They definitely got me coming back as I usually don't get fast food that often but I'll go out of my way to eat here.

This branch does a good job with their customer service, especially the manager named Chelsea. I go here for cheap nuggets and fries from the app for my kids, and several times when I've run into issues (because the app doesn't always update correct info), Chelsea has always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Her friendly service makes coming her completely worth it!

Wanna share a positive experience after leaving a 1 star review at the manlove location- employees extremely professional and courteous. Co2 not working so limited on drink choices but the employees handled it really well. I'll go out of the way to come here again

My mobile order was nice and hot because they waited to prepare it until I arrived. Every single worker was very friendly here! I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where everyone was this nice and they are the entire reason I’m leaving this 5 star review. Super friendly staff!!

Oh, and I didn’t even mention how nice the inside was. It’s a newer model McDonald’s with jazz music playing and it’s wonderful. It was EXTREMELY clean, too!

Let me say devin tonight at this McDonald’s had made my night!! His attitude and personality is so uplifting!!! The best drive thru service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!! This guy deserves a raise!

It was clean and service seemed well off, they had more than a few new people in there, but you could see the team's dedication to get it right.
They're on the right track.

Issue was I heard from another customer that they'd been waiting about half an hour to get their order, mine took about 5-10m, which wasn't too bad.
If you want to head here, check it out a few weeks or a month from this post, they'll be experts by then!

I had the freshest best nuggets there yesterday. Fries and nuggets were both fresh hot and delicious

'21/1 2nd review, but customer past 30 years:
-- Service, wait, food, store cleanliness inside/out gave no reason this visit to deduct any stars from rating.
-- A remodel inside & out has brought this location into the light.
-- While COVID has shut down indoor dining, they still allow walk-in order at the counter. Though restrooms are closed to any public use.
-- This location does a brisk amount of drive through business boasting two separate order lanes...though, no outside order takers like In-N-Out when they get busy.

'18 1st review 3 Stars: "Nothing special, but gets the job done."

A very friendly lady came by my table offering to refill my coffee, I've never had that happen in a Mickey D's place, it made me feel like I was in a Dennys! Relatively clean place, clean bathroom with auto locking door for safety, friendly employees and an overall comfortable atmosphere. The downside was no TVs to watch

The only fast food place that serves any size soda for $1.8 compared to the other ones guess what you're paying almost $4 just for a large soda so if you want to go get $4 soda I'd rather go to McDonald's for $1.8 you can't beat that a dollar and eight cents any other fast food place you can't touch them for Less Than 3 bucks medium soda 350 not at McDonald's
