Sam & Kyle are awesome! Totally helpful and got us the best deal ever. And they are the BEST screen protectors applicators Eva!

I recently had Sam help me at this store with quite a complicated issue. Sam knew exactly what to do, and he handled it extremely quickly. He even went above and beyond and helped me make sure that it never happened again, all while assisting another customer. Sam provided terrific service, best I have had at an ATT store. I cannot thank Sam enough for his help!

I happened to walk in when there weren't many customers and was attended to quickly. The employees there were knowledgeable and quick to accommodate me. An overall pleasant experience!

After realizing my mobile phone had totally died with no transfer capabilities I was forced to purchase a new one. Tay and Andres were extremely helpful in a very complex situation that included downloading procedures and major phone security issues. They were very patient with me especially realizing I am an easily frustrated person. They were extremely knowledgeable and competent and certainly deserving of a 5 star rating!!

Brandon Ishmael is an outstanding worker and representative for your company. He has Gone above and beyond to make sure all our lines are finally working for our company. He has been one of the few to stay with us to ensure that we have the best customer service. He deserves a raise and acknowledgement

Milo was very courteous and professional. I walked in after working night shift and he saw that my badge said I am a nurse. He immediately asked me if I’m on the FirstNet plan and told me about the benefit for first responders. I had no idea about this plan before I walked into the store. I’ve been to other locations and I wasn’t told about it. I’m so excited to be saving monthly on my bill and to enjoy the benefits associated with this plan. I only walked in for a screen protector but I walked out with a brand new phone plan & a free Apple Watch as a part of the plan benefit. Other team members were also very kind, professional and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for awesome service and kind, caring professionals.

Tay was so helpful and fixed the bug on my phone without even booking an appointment. He was so nice and accommodating the moment I walked in and fixed my phone very quickly. Thank you Tay and AT&T! Highly recommend.

These folks are fantastic, so patient and so helpful. AK in particular sat with me for so long while we replaced our old phones and worked through all of the complexity of the data transfers. She even helped me figure out that we were overpaying on our plan and got us onto a better one. This could have been a really stressful process but instead it was pleasant as I chatted with AK and her colleague James. Thanks for being great y’all.

After a month of issues thanks to some wrong information from an employee at another location, Mirette sat with me, answering any questions and guiding me on necessary calls to customer loyalty and another support line. She was great and got everything resolved by the time I left so I felt comfortable turning in my old phone. I won't be going to any other locations in the future. This one is top notch, something I can confidently say as I've also received help from Latoya and Key, the manager.

Milo Robinson was amazing. He took his time in explaining our options, transferred data to our new phones and then taught us how to use them. We appreciate his patience and help.

Alicia was awesome! Walked in, had to wait very little, and she assisted me with everything I needed in a wonderful manner. Knowledgeable, prompt, and simply great! She was also able to assist me in fixing a voicemail problem in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend her and this store.

Jenny Blake- I had completed an upgrade at a separate location and later was very confused about what I was being billed as it was not reviewed with me in the store. Jenny was so nice and took the time to review my bill with me and process a trade in. I truly appreciated her patience and her making sure I understood everything. She is excellent!

I worked with a gentleman name Milo Robinson. He is such a Gentleman. He was so patience, kind and caring about my concern. I am on a fix income. I told Milo my budget and he got my bill down to 245! Saving me over 100 plus with new tv services! Thanks Milo!!
