Wonderful experience. Was very busy when I arrived, but got through surprisingly quickly. Young man named Jonathan was very kind and knew answers to all of my questions. All employees here deserve a raise. Highly recommend this store over others!

Great UPS. Had great experience setting up and cancelling a PO box with John, he is a saint and very professional.

Nicest people - so helpful. John saved the day - the goal was trying to get a chair back in the box from Amazon …. Not happening, but lots of tape and some extra cardboard and teamwork (aka John!) - BOOM! I love nice people and good service 🥳 thank you team UPS!

I read reviews and use them to make decisions, but I'm one of those jerks who rarely writes one himself. So the fact I'm writing this should tell you something.

I operated my small business for a number of years before working with the Green Hills UPS Store and I receive a lot of packages that need to be signed for. The problem was, I'm onsite with clients a lot and there isn't always someone at my office to sign for packages. I can't tell you how much time I wasted missing package deliveries and even having items returned to the sender because I wasn't available to sign for them in person. It made doing business very difficult. Plus, every time I decided to move to a new office, I had to re-do all of my paperwork and update my address. Now I have everything sent to my mailbox at the UPS Store and all those nightmares are behind me. When you find different ways of doing business that truly make things work better and save you time, you wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

The people who work there are fantastic. They feel more like co-workers.

So, just between you and me- this place is great, but don't let the secret out or everyone is going to want to come here. Google, I can trust you to keep this just between us and not tell the whole world, right?

Been to many UPS store locations in and around Nashville and this holds the award for fast and friendly in my book. Not only does the staff welcome you, their overall customer service skills are above par... something hard to find with the other UPS store locations I've been to. Great speed at getting things out and into transit whether it's a returned item or something else. The prices are a bit high if you choose to have the store package and ship item but that's not unusual for shipping stores as most times it is set by UPS itself. Not unreasonable to work with and I definitely would recommend THIS location far moreso than any other in the area

I have been a customer for over 10 years at this UPS store. They help me with so many things. From collecting my mail and packages to doing MANY different print jobs for me ,personally, and for my small business. They have also been a tremendous help with a few charitable projects that I am evolved with. They call me by name and are always warm and friendly. Every member of the team at the Green Hills location is extremely helpful. I am so appreciative of this good folks that , from time to time,I bring in bake goods for them. I want to keep them as happy as they make me! They are the best!

Wow I have never had a shipping/mail store treat me as well as this place. They were so helpful with printing some slides for a presentation and complied with all my picky asks throughout the process. Gabe was a huge help and went through so much effort to make sure my presentation was printed perfectly. Although color copies were not cheap, the outcome and service alone was worth the price. I am blown away, this UPS store is the best!

Very quick and professional, had some stuff to return, it didn't even take them a minute to wrap it off and provided me a receipt. Highly recommended . Thank you

The absolute best and most helpful people around. I’ve brought 30 boxes at 6:58 pm and they are just as cheerful and helpful as if I came when they opened! They know customers by name, get the door, come to the car, etc to go the extra mile for their customers. I’ll always go out of the way to come to this UPS store vs going to ones closer to our business. Thank you guys!

This is by far the friendliest and most efficient shipping store (UPS or otherwise) I’ve ever been to. They are always very helpful and I get in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend the Green Hills UPS store for any shipping, printing, or notary needs!

The UPS Store 2863 is part of my weekly routine! They are always SO helpful and friendly!! Gabe (who is now the manager) has always been SUPER helpful (even pouring salt on my business stairs nearby when we had a snow storm)! If you need anything..shipping, print, even salt (ha!) they should be your go to too!

Visited December 16 at 11:15am. The staff was amazing. They worked as quickly as possible. One staff member Gabriel, was outstanding and engaging with me and my son. This may be my new favorite. Keep up the good work UPS.

Best customer service every time I’ve stopped by to drop off my prepaid boxes from work. I stopped by Saturday, the store was just closing and the doors were locked. The nicest guy “john” asked me if he could take my packages in , he convinced me that he didn’t mind and it wouldn’t be putting him out. Not to mention it was a cold and rainy Saturday. I didn’t even get out of my car. He unlocked the store and did it all with a smile on his face !!! He went above and beyond. Thanks John for continuing the best customer service everyone at this ups store continues to give and they all do it with a smile !! 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently used this store to pack and ship several valuable art works across the country. I was helped by Gabe Pledger who did a fantastic job in packing and handling my shipment. Everything arrived in great shape. i will return to this UPS in the future for great customer service

Fantastic service! Kailey and Gabrielle were absolutely amazing and really saved the day. I actually had gone to FedEx first where the staff gave me incorrect information and in the end could not get my packages there on time, but Kailey and Gabrielle stayed after to help me out and the total price was over $500 less than FedEx! Highly recommend!

Our non profit has used this store for several years...both printing and parcel services. They are extremely nice and helpful and do a wonderful job of making sure we are happy and well taken care of. They have a small company feel that truly cares about their customers and we could not be happier with their services!!
