We ordered three different sets of invitations and holiday cards. They were all done in half the time that was projected, they were done beautifully, and the customer service on site was excellent. The cost was such a wonderful deal. We used to be Costco card people, but since they switched to Shutterfly, the prices quadrupled. We will now be using Staples.

Great shopping experience! I found the products I needed with the help of an excellent employee at the right price in a clean, well-stocked store. I will definitely be back in the future.

I needed a fax machine, I went in to this location with 10 minutes before closing. The staff that was getting ready to close up shop, were still on point with all of the information I would need and extremely helpful.
Everything is up and running, and business is flowing as normal.

Been going here for several years and I love it. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Had a falling out with one of the staff one time I guess she was having a bad day that day but as a few weeks went by she became nice and never had a problem since. She is rather nice and helpful so I’m glad she hasn’t had anymore bad days. Another staff had transferred out because she had to move so she is missed as well. The store is always very clean and well stocked. If I can’t find something they are on top of it even as far as looking for it at another store or having it shipped to the store.

Honestly, I don’t know what the bad reviews are about... I will speak for my experience, however. I have an Apple Watch 42mm, and I desperately needed a screen protector put on. Here, staples came in extra-handy; as the screen protector they had was a liquid apply screen protector—just what I was looking for. Customer service was outstanding, and they even applied the screen protector for me flawlessly; you can’t even tell it’s there, and there isn’t even a single speck of dust. For those of you looking for a great screen protector for your Apple Watch, look no further. Just come here and they’ll take care of you!

The staff at the Yucaipa Staples is excellent! One gentleman, who has been there for seven years, is always most helpful, greets every customer with a smile and makes sure all my shopping needs have been met. Small-town service by a big-name company... our family goes to Staples Yucaipa for all our stationery/computer needs.

Noah was a great help. My past experiences at this location have not been pleasant, but Noah was so help and friendly I look forward to shopping there in the future.
